Gunner is hard, they don't have a lot of mobility compared to most ranged classes and they never fucking crit so i have to put hella crit factor on my character. I'm at +160 already and I still only crit 70% of the time, honestly it's bs. I already have the rotation down, from maining ninja before i picked up gunner easily. Just auto attack until you can burst fire. AB would be good but it is only good at close range since it blows up right after firing, its bullshit. I'm a ranged class this is fucked. Sometimes it even blows up a little too late, which I think might be a ping issue? I know burst fire can be affected by high ping and mine is 70 so I think that's pretty high up there. I practiced from 1-65 so I don't have a lot to learn imo. Ghilieglade is just bullshit for gunners.

Brawler is probably the easiest and most fun class in the game up until endgame, and then you're gonna have trouble holding aggro.

Gunner is also ridiculously easy in that their rotation is simple and they output retarded damage with high crit rate for next to no effort. Though they do only have the one short i-frame dodge.

I really enjoy priest and ninja, but ninja is class locked, and priest being 'fun' is sort of a personal taste thing.

If you like tanking, I'd say warrior. Its not very feasible unless you're really on your shit, and even then you still lose out to lancer and brawler, but its a fun challenge.

DPS I would say gunner. Its easy, and makes tera play like a shooter for the most part. Insane dps if you gear yourself right.

For healer, priest. Troll skills. Regardless of if you're good or bad, someone'll talk shit. Mystics can't do much besides not heal. But you can be proactive on priests! Lvl 65 leash skill. Pull them RIGHT INTO THE 1-SHOTS. WATCH THE RAGE AHAUHAUHAUHUHAUHUHUSAHUHSUAH

Sorc is getting a COMPLETE revamp in the next few weeks. We're talking skill replacement and functionality overhaul. It'll make sorc easier to play, and also better and more flashy as a class, but if you learn it now, it'll be different after the update so you may have to deal with that.

Overall, it has fairly good burst DPS. Is eats through MP like a mofo though, and you have to really memorize those rotations for endgame or you'll get your shit kicked in.

After like, 5 years of tera you start to find ways to entertain yourself. Sometimes that means murdering pug groups~

Brawler isn't too bad to start off with. The high damage and combos are pretty attractive to a lot of people. I, personally, started out with my priest and learned the dungeons from a distance before making my tank classes.

Currently, since the sorc was just completely revamped, I'd have to say warrior.

If you're not optimizing your rotations 24/7, you're not doing good damage. Its all about sustained DPS. Maintaining it is the hard part.

If you like PvE, you can both tank and DPS. Tanking decently is a challenge, since holding aggro against higher dps classes requires a lot of practice and situational rotation adjustment.

If you like PvP, learn your class well and you can shred people in 1v1. The faster you can get your skills to proc, the better and more formidable you are. A good warrior is the fucking worst.

I would say it would be best to get a handle on an easier class before warrior. Its a lot of patience and work to get even decent with one. You'll walk into a lvl 65 dungeon and floormaster a huge portion of the time if you're not familiar with boss and mob timing. It's also a lot of work to keep up the DPS, so you have to want to put that kind of energy in 24/7.

Jesus. Complaining about healer dps in a lvl 62 dungeon. That's a new.

The guy clearly is a neckbeard who embraces the dps meter like a fedora, and thinks his life's calling is to enlighten people on how 'bad' they are. Frankly, not even worth getting upset over.

Every decent player worth his salt knows that a healer's primary job will be to heal and cast endurance debuffs. As long as a healer can do those tasks well, there should be no complaints. Being able to contribute to party dps on top of those 2 tasks is like adding that maraschino cherry on top of an amazing ice cream sundae- good to have, but not a disaster if it's missing.

Mystic has no double crit change skills or anything, it should go for balanced build. If you can't use crit power scrolls crit is less worth.

I went full crit, I reach 305.5 with Shademaze x2 and Shadowvain x3, rolling 4 crit 4 power on the rings, and 4 crit on the necklace. 16 crit inners, double keen etchings.

My best is around 1m on Pahoegar HM, 1.7m on Verno and ~900k on Imperator HM. I'll check out what a couple of the other DPS Mystics are using on my server, but full crit builds feel extremely solid.
I'll be testing Bloodvain too soon though.

Everybody already knows that any game with RNG microtransactions is going to do better than a pay-to-play game relying mostly on subscription cost. There's nothing surprising or unexpected about this.

Let's be honest: Lineage 1 is fucking garbage. SWTOR used to be decent but was driven into the ground and is also garbage. BnS was known to be garbage years before it made it over here and is nothing but an e-sport 1vs1 game.

Every MMO has its problems. The biggest one for FF14 is the excruciatingly slow start. As far as content goes it pushes out more than everything in that top five combined and on a regular schedule at that.

So, SWTOR is likely doing north of $150M/yr run rate, but well short of $280M/yr. Somewhere in the $150-200M/yr range seems reasonable.

FF14 has a shop similar to WoW's; do you want some silly aesthetic shit? It's yours. Every other "P2P" MMO listed there? RNG microtransactions on top of the general services(name change, server transfer, etc.) The two are not nearly the same thing.

Why did you bother posting all of the revenue? I never questioned that. I don't think anybody questioned it.
