2H is used for rally buff and PvP, not PvE dps. It just does less damage than dual wielding because dual wield means two weapons means higher weapon damage.

If you still want to do that, get really good at wrecking blow weaving, use executioner for execute, and put down all dots in between. Not sure what class you are so there.

And for gear 5 hundings or twice born star, 3 robust agi jewelry and either craft 3 nightmothers gaze or 2 monster helm with sharpened greatsword or 2 lekis for the weapon damage and 1 kena or something like that.

If you are lvl43 and group with vet level players for a dungeon do you get leveled to their level?
I wound up drafted into a pug and found that I couldn't res with my greater soul gems. I didn't think to check my stats or anything as I assumed that I was out of gems but found I had plenty when it was over.
Also, what is the correct procedure when someone else is resing you during a fight and there's aoe everywhere? I resed and immediately died again because I was in aoe at the time. My pugmates were unhappy with me, but it was really hard to see the aoes from the deadscreen.

The correct way would be "al-", based on arab language, but it's not a big deal, and even irl it's often mistakenly written as "Al-" even in news publishings. And I imagine it would matter even less in TES, since Redguards are partially based on arabs, not actually arabs, so you could argue that both "al-" and "Al-" is the correct form, and nobody could tell you that it isn't.

I have a lot of fun with werewolf, personally. I have two, one's a templar and the other a DK. It's a really solid PvE panic button to tip the tide if an encounter goes south.. or if you just want to speedrun a delve because abso-fucking-lutely nothing is stopping you except maybe a sudden lack of things to kill and devour.

Super forgivable, and templar holds well even outside that since you've got the burst heal of rushed ceremony or w/e it's called, the first heal you get that's instant cast. Even without investing in magicka it's pretty stronk, and aside from a couple skills like the spear-jabs one, you can go full stamina without caring too much about Templar beyond said skills and the passives like +crit damage one.

tl;dr, go wolf, eat faces.

I think Khajhits and Reguards are best for dps, though orc and nord are probably better for tanking. Not sure though. I really can't talk though, 'cause I rolled dunmer despite playing a stam build, which is not a great move. Play whatever race you want to, especially if you don't think you'll be trying to do the tougher end-game content.

By the way, respeccing is easy as shit. The only things you can't really change when you do it are your race and base class (like Nightblade or DK). So there's no need to worry about your build. I haven't seen many stamblade tanky type nightblades in PvP in a while so I dunno if it's viable. Most people seem to be running Eternal Hunt dodge roll builds, or to tank they go DK or templar.

You can push your stealth damage so high and your dodge so high will 5 medium that you'll never get hit and you'll still hit like a truck.

If you want to quest together, which you most likely won't, then yeah, you will need to be in the same alliance. Remember that main quests such as the main story, mages guild and fighters guild quests are mostly instanced.

But guild members are spread even across the three guilds and we still do dungeons together which is mostly what people group up for, doing dungeons/trials.

If you're into pvp, then alliance matters, but I don't really see anyone in the guild in pvp 24/7 so you're probs better off waiting for a pvp guild to advertise in your main city if you want to join.

Also, there will be a patch where alliance doesn't even matter, one alliance will be able to travel to another and be able to play with them. Just gotta wait a few months.

Public dungeon bosses despawn if you die fighting them.

Their insanely long respawn times are a relic of past times when people would farm them like mad for (what was, back then) large amounts of loot/gold. This is the same reason as why you only get loot other than gold once when killing a delve boss, because they have short respawn times and on release people farmed the fuck out of them.

ZOS should fix it, but it's a minor issue and public dungeons are a minor feature, so they just don't care I guess.

The DB patch made some serious overhauls to stamina so I'm hoping we'll see the same fairly soon. I'm hopping we'll see it alongside the Tamriel one release but I doubt it.

I believe it's fairly close between the stamina focused versions of classes while there's huge differences between the magicka variants.

They're for anyone that likes high HP and high stats in their non favoured resource.

So pretty much every DK build. Other than that, depends on how much you want to use cloak/purify/streak if you're stam, or block if you're mag.

So if you're a mag sorc that stacks shields, you have absolutely no use for them as you only worry about your max mag. If you're a 1h/s stam NB that wants to be able to spam fear and cloak and mark and whatnot, you probably want some of them on your big pieces/shield.

But in PvP, you don't generally have tanks and DPS, because everyone needs some way of mitigating damage, and everyone (except dedicated mutagen spammers) needs some way of actually killing the enemy.
