I admit that I cheated a little early on to put down reactionary rebels, but everything else was legit. For whatever reason, France never DoW'd me, so I was able to westernize before they could fuck me up. Beating them out of Algeria was easy after that, Britain was my ally and I attacked France right after they had gotten totally fucked down to 0 military score in a Great War with Germany+Italy.

The decision for them is the same as others. I used to have that problem because Kazakhstan 's starting capital wasn't the same it was being moved on, so if they were released with their "history-files" capital and tried to move it it wouldn't work and they would spam it forever.

But I changed their capital and it got back to normal, I remember testing this. Are you sure you are playing the latest version?

Actually lots of small vassals is worse.

Every vassal gets +50% levies in their capital. If you have 50 vassals in 50 provinces then you have a lot smaller share of the power than if you had 10 vassals with 5 provinces each.

It's also a lot harder to bribe lots of smaller vassals and you can make a large vassal unable to join factions just by being in the council or by marrying a child to them.

I'm not quite sure desu, all I know is that a lot of foreigners participated in the construction and talks about its construction dates to even before the game starts and it even started being manufactured along with the Statue of Liberty, but was heavily dismissed by the Empire and the First Republic because they felt it'd hurt the separation between Church and State.

It's impossible to add that prop in game. The ones I used were already in game, but paradox didn't use them/cut them out for some unknown reason.

Paradox used EmotionFX for the props, which is a 10K+ dollars proprietary software and the engine won't accept anything else.

No, there isn't, but there's a dome of the rock discarded prop in CK2.

It won't add prestige over time, just a lump sum. It won't have any modifiers associated to it, I think.

Anyway, I've been busy with work the last few days and I will keep busy for a while longer. I will release a small patch with bugfixes shortly and I will move on to a bigger release.

Still not decided what it will be about, but I want to do better Unciv-Civ relations. Maybe I will start work in the dismantlement rework too since I thought a few things.

Because I'm making a mod doesn't mean I will change everything. Vanilla gets some things right, like wallonians not being accepted in France and Flemish being accepted in Netherlands. Those are multiple separate events and only the GROBBist of Germany games will have as many uncored provinces as the US has provinces. So for any one of those events to occur is hundreds of times more likely than for an assimilation event on a specific province (like if Albania annexes Macedonia and nothing else the whole game).

Switzerland existed more or less interwoven for 500 years. While each canton has its own unique culture, Swiss culture represents those cultures just like South Italian represents Sicilian and Neapolitan.
While they don't share a common language, Swiss culture is based off their shared history of being 500 years under the same country. This developed a few concepts they mostly share (like neutrality or democracy), which represents their cultural values.

Ok so the first designs I tried was the Kriegsmarine flag with a symbol representative of the Reichkomissariat in the canton where the iron cross used to be. For this example I used Ukraine's emblem.
I made a normal version and a black background version a la SS emblems, because I thought they'd look nice, plus the SS had many foreign divisions which made me think of the idea of Reichkomissariats.

Other designs I had in mind I could try if you wanted is:
-making the Swastika and cicle smaller so I can make the other symbol bigger
-making the cross be centered
-ditch the whole kriegsmarine design and try something else

I was able to found the Northern Germaqn Confederation without any war so far.

Now my problem is that I need a war with Austria and with France to gain the necessary territories for the German Empire.

But Austria is allied with the UK :( (Maybe this is solveable)

The big Problem is France that is Alied with Russia and for me it is not possible to survive both.

UK is a pretty bad ally, you can probably defeat Austria before UK does anything useful even if you don't play very well.
France+Russia can be tougher, you basically need to ignore land and concentrate on winning decisive battles to quickly gain battle warscore and achieve your wargoal before the French/Russian mobilization wears down your soldier pops. You could try to find an ally like Italian minors or Spain in order to soak up some French brigades, but realize that the longer the war goes on the more those allies will hinder you as they will hand out free warscore to a GP.

Didn't you do a similar thing with Morocco? Anyway, the way around this is to give it to them in 1885, through "conquest of the desert" events like you did for Patagonia. The Sahara doesn't become colonisable until 1890 anyway, so it gives them a few years to avoid any mad shit.

I want Messalians to be able to call Crusades on all Christian targets, and all Christian sects capable of calling Crusades to be able to target Messalians. The code under the "can_use" section of the Crusade CB which rattles off all the Christian sects variously does work in the Holy War CB--all other Christian sects can declare Holy Wars on Messalians and vice-versa--but it doesn't work at all in Crusades. I even added it to the "is_valid" section of the Crusade CB, to no avail; the Pope can't even target Messalians (although I must admit I haven't checked to see whether the same is true for Messalians being able to target Catholics).
