Not always better but if you don't need attack speed on your champion you can consider going AD marks and armor pen quints if you want to kill a squishy target

The problem I have with full armor pen is that unless the champion had empowered auto attacks in their kit then cs'ing is a struggle and you might be continuously pushed into your turret in the early game

And try to avoid hitting refresh RIGHT after a game, too. It won't always show and you'll have to wait on the refresh cooldown.

He's also imo the most fun marksmen in the game because of how different he is and because of how effective he is at executing people with the armor penetration build. People figured out how to play around his ult and to buy executioners. The ult cool down nerf was gigantic, it changes windows of counter play greatly. You can kite his mana out earlier, so he can't snowball as easily.

Stop playing low-impact champs. You clearly have a knack for staying alive, so at the very least you have map awareness.

Pick a role, as well, and stay on it. Practice it consistently. Same with 1-3 champs. Rotate through them but stay on them. Don't just pick a champ you think is cool... do some research on what they can do and how they fit into the meta, the select the RIGHT ones based on how you want to carry.

Also, focus less on mechanics and more on game knowledge. It'll do you so much more good than being a perfect CSer but not knowing what to do in a teamfight or out of lane phase.
