Did the previous owner have an account? If you don't factory reset yeah his stuff will still be there. Games are tied to the account, but accounts are tied to the system and have to be manually transfered by Nintendo if you want to use them on another similar console (but removing them from the console can be done with a system format).

You will. What matters more is that if you're past 9.2 you should be as close to it as possible. The further you go the more worse the process gets. Right now the latest version is 11.0 which would require either a hardmod or some DSiware stuff they haven't even fully figured out yet. If you're under 11.0 you can pretty much do everything, and if you're under 10.6 you don't even need anything other than the 3DS and an SD card.

Can you guys explain the appeal of /nintyg/?
It never occurred to me till now that there's a general for almost everything Nintendo related, we could possibly go without it if we were forced to.

these are the issues i have with star fox zero.

not enough levels
levels too long
not arcadey enough
not enough paths

this is how i would have done it (if i were creative director).
>25 levels
>8-13 levels per play
>4-5 minutes per level
>35min-1hr per play
blue is on rails, orange all range. vertical axis is difficulty horizonal is story progression (excluding DLC, which is in the yellow feild). you have thirteen units of fuel to get to and stop andross (you are at origin andross is top right)

additionally, the game would have an option to pick your vehicle between the arwing and either the landmaster, a better drone like vehicle, or a better submarine vehicle—based on what [single] choice is made available for the player i.e. on level b-2 you can do landmaster or arwing and on level c-2 its arwing or submarine

the central development focus would be on
>how the vehicles control and mechanics feel
>how each level plays
>how each level looks
>ui and menu
>coherent story
in that order from most to least important.

yellow is multiplayer DLC added 2-3 months later in a similar vein to portal 2s multiplayer (co op mini story arc) with a free update that adds multiplayer (online too?) battle mode and a couple of battle courses (see mario kart 8 200cc). adding more here and there similar to splatoon.

I just bought a new 3ds solely for monster hunter since my original 3ds has cfw. I have a problem though of constantly hitting ZR and ZL on accident. Pretty annoying actually. Anyone have this issue? I was thinking of buying a grip to see if it'd help at all.
