I mostly play him jungle so I can't help you there. If you're doing good you should be able to pull some 2v1s, especially with ult.
I do think he could do with some balance adjustments to be more functional, I'm just tired of this retard bitching every fucking thread saying he has the most broken kit in the game. In my experience the permanent slow and strong damage makes him a ton more reliable for peeling than other juggernauts. He commands more respect than other juggernauts because people learn that the moment you land E on them they aren't getting away, if you're smart you can use this to herd people around and punish sloppy engages hard. His ghosts mean you can clear a whole lane of turrets after a fight.

Post changes it actually it pretty damn strong. You'd buy it in the same situations you'd buy Nashor's Tooth which was the 2nd item to rush on Morde for a long time thanks to Korea.
The problem is that TF is a fucking expensive item to rush, much less 2nd after Rylais which isn't exactly cheap either. It is by and far a luxury item when you're snowballing hard.

If she had burst, then she could wait for opportune targets and get the kill before they can respond.
If she had range, then she could fire her attacks from safety with superior positioning
If she had utility, then she could build tanky and enable her team to win
If she had high bases for tankiness and damage, then she could do the juggernaut thing and just zone the enemy away because she's so threatening yet so hard to kill
But she doesn't have those things, so instead she gets %hp true damage, mobility and riposte.

I was thinking about the balancing in this game and I realized that a bunch of shit in this game makes no sense whatsoever.
1) Assassins
i)Why do Assassins scale like shit based on the kills they get?
Assassins are meant to get 2 kills then completely be able to blow up any squishy pressing a single button. That being said, the other side of it is supposed to be that if they don't get kills or they GET KILLED, they're supposed to be super weak as fuck.
Why don't their abilities get powered up when they get kills and nerfed when they die?
ii) Why do Assassins get magic resist per level?
This just doesn't make any fucking sense. Assassins aren't supposed to be tanky at all. So what the fuck is this?
iii) Why are % armor pen items available to assassins???
Assassins are meant to blow up squishies. Not blow up tanks. Tanks are meant to stop Assassins in their tracks BECAUSE they're not meant to be blown up by assassins. So what the fuck? Assassins should ONLY be able to purchase flat armor penetration.
2) ADCs
i) What is the purpose of an ADC?
I honestly don't know. someone explain this shit. Is an ADC supposed to be a tank buster? A structure destroyer?
And especially, what in the FUCK is Kalista supposed to be?
I always assumed that ADCs were supposed to be structure destroyers, which leads me to my next question:
ii) Why don't ADCs have either innate structural damage bonuses or items catered to them that destroy towers quickly?
Isn't that the point of an ADC? what the fuck?

1. Break the tether on her E immediately. You're not gonna like having a shitty minigame, but you're gonna dislike losing half your health more. Also don't try to stop her from whacking it, only like 2-3 champs can 1v1 her when she has your spirit.
2. Dodge the E, dodge the Q.
3. CLEAR THE TENTACLES WHENEVER FUCKING POSSIBLE. Be warned that she WILL try to E you, but it's easy to juke if you see it coming.
4. If she ults, just walk away. Literally, just walk away. Don't even fast-walk, just casually stroll out, maybe hit a CS or two on your way out.

It's just weird that a champ that's mage/tank has an auto-attack steroid, seems out of place to me. Knowing Riot they'd love to give him something that syncs with the team similar to Taric and Ryze.
Putting myself into their shoes my first idea is still that speed increase based on units recently killed.
My other idea for the E is something that applies Greivous wounds.
As simple as it sounds, units hit by his E get Greivous wounds automatically, no morellos needed. It sounds cancerous as fuck but if Riot wanted to make an attack steroid on Cho'gath it might as well do something for the team besides a little more waveclear/poke.
I do hope they simply Shen/MF him though. I like Cho but he does need a visual update.
