So I just read in legion they are stripping almost all of hunter pets unique buffs. I now have a ton of pets with cool skins that do literally nothing. Its been made so you don't need a pet. Recent builds added a pet back in but the lone wolf trait is a lvl 15 talent now(instead of level 100) allowing you to essentially be a ranger. Perfect for night elf female sentinel roleplayers out there.

Quivers(as a bow effect, gunpouch for gun user) are also back in the game so no more invisible arrows/bullets. All we need now are cloaks with hoods attached.

Not really. It's more or less feels the same but with less CD usage (and maybe no Spree). To me the fun part of Combat is the CDs. With Not Combat they're no where near as common. However they are a tiny bit more fun. AR is still exactly the same, but the Artifact Ability is pretty fun and it combined with AR is super spammy and fun. It can also be fun if you roll the CDR buff. But outside of that it's pretty meh.

Another thing to note, if you die in the DH intro quest Illidan will speak to you and say that like him you've become more Demon than Elf and upon death your soul wanders the twisting nether looking for a new body. So at the very least some of the stronger Demon Hunters are subject to the same rules as Demons as far as death goes.

True. There's potential in all of them really. We should tutor newbies and forgive them early mistakes. The main mage guild on my server(everyone but Night elf mages due to what happened last time when nelf mages existed...) has lore weekends twice a month with the topic given in advance and given as part of GHI items to everyone invited to read and discuss the known lore from the Alliance perspective and recovered Horde tomes. It's a lot of fun and allows you to brush up on the lore.

This weekends is Friday-Saturday "The Third War-From the perspective of historians and our veterans" aswell as Sunday:"The Burning Legion:Are they returning?-A theorem by Arcanist Fizzbang" hosted in Stormwind Library and the Mage Guild garrison owned by the guild leader on Draenor so nearly all the human and dwarf(aligned with Stormwind at least) characters ingame aged 32+ will be veterans of the Third War(a.k.a Warcraft 3). Should be a good one.

The mage guild doesn't usually allow non mages to join the events but due to the topic all classes that took part in the conflict 14 years before(based on Year 32 being WoD beginning and most expansions are 2-3 years long ingame). It's relevant due to that being the last Burning Legion invasion. Our ongoing story is the astronomers have noticed the arcane changes signalling the presence of fel energy heading to Azeroth and are discussing could it truly mean the legion are returning so soon after their defeat?

Good alt class for a Warrior main?

Not sure how alt unfriendly Legion will be, but i'll probably be retarded and end up rolling on something anyway since I still have my free boost hanging around.

Shaman and DK both look interesting, with DK being more relevant to my interests


Shaman seems like the easiest to make an alt out of, since Im only really interested in playing Enhancement. Which means I'll only have to work on one artifact.
DK looks fun as hell on all 3 specs, but my guild already has plenty of phenominal DK players, and pugging as a DK looks to be a nightmare due to the sheer amount of players I have to compete with for loot.

Also the DK tier 19 mythic set looks fucking dope.
