You get around 30 some drops on the best quests of a single mat but they drop in many nodes of 2 or 3 that means each CE you bring is like +10 or 12
Cave in average seems to drop around 5 of each mat, meaning each CE is only +5 but they start at size 4 which adds to 20 of each mat for 40 ap
