As long as blitz/thresh is bad, yes. Otherwise, good hook will make you waste your flash. Next good hook within next 5 minutes will probably kill you.

Before you go into "it is impossible to hit her with the hook" meme: there is no "this support autowins that support". It always depends on skill and junglers.

You can't autowin nami, and it is the same for thresh (it's actually even worse with thresh), sona, soraka, any decent support.

Currently thresh and sona have the most overloaded kits overall.
