Normally AAA games use a "waterfall" method as in:

Requeriments (What the editor wants) -> Planning -> Design (In terms of code) -> implementation/coding -> Testing (+ DLC).

It also has a very clear chain of command and departments.
It's easy to work with because what you have to do it's always clear.
The bad side is that it has LOTS of documents and formalities detailing everything, and also it's very strict in terms of schedule, as every time frame is already decided from the beginning and a small delay can fuck up all the project, as it triggers a butterfly effect where everything else starts later than it should be.
Most of the time that was delayed it's taken from the testing stage, as literally nobody on the company cares about it and normally it is asigned to external businesses which at the same time asigns that testing to some shady Chinese company which usually don't even follow the official procedures or QA certificates.

It'd be to good to be true if it was a demo, but if it really was a demo then it'd be probably only available to a small amount of people.

Listen man, I wanted to like Naoto. I wanted to love Naoto. She was one of the reasons I got into the game. I was fucking excited when she finally appeared in the game. And I waited until the moment she did something, some small thing so I could find a reason to turn her into my favorite. But she never did. She never did anything interesting. She was a boring character. A boring personality with nothing outside her crossdressing gimmick. A pretentious parrot that insults my intelligence. She acts like she is hot shit but she never does anything. She contributes nothing.
