I actually usually play grapplers. I tried learning Alex in 2i and played a bit of GIEF in Super and Arcade. I didn't play much of Ultra. First I would make the game pacing faster overall. It's a bit slow right now.

Second I would adjust some characters normals hitboxes. They are either too stubby or, in the case of standing jabs, too pointed upwards.

Third, remove the 8f input lag.

This three things alone will make me back from being excited for this game. Like, I'm not even excited for new characters, fixing the game gives me more hope towards it.

Also they're very slow at making sprites so if we have 3 new console characters (which seems to be the minimum for ASW games now) that might affect things.
