Your plan is good, stat distribution minmaxing was never my strong suit.
My build has a lot of multi-hits so it benefits from STR more, while builds with stronger single hits benefit more from DEX. Then of course comes evasion.

SPR needs to add a considerable amount of mdef per point. Currently it's only .2 or something, but it needs to be like .5 per point at the very least.

Increase STR and INT to 2 atk/m.atk each, that'll make them viable. DEX needs to add 2 accuracy per level, instead of just one. That way, you don't need full DEX builds just to have a chance to hit a full DEX archer.

Make it so that STR increases HP and SP, though a lot less than CON and SPR.

The only thing this is going to do is slightly stem the bleeding of players by appeasing a handful of existing ones.

you need a week before new players can even buy a token from the market. if you buy talt then you can't trade it and if he doesn't have a token he can't resell/trade anything he gets because it becomes bound him.

recipe, talt, matts and most stuff minus armor/weapons becomes bound when you trade it between players.

the only solution is to farm the talt yourself and give it to him otherwise you pay somebody you trust and then have them trade him the talt. still, he needs a week before he can buy from the market so no rush

But they also had Reddit guilds backing them so FP was against many more than just those two

The main difference is that there are a lot of different new players and or alts in each guild that have PvP builds

There are a lot of grind spots per level range.
Though I suggest you still do the main quests at least. There are only a few of it and they're fast to do.

1-7 (Leaf bug area at the left of starting map)
7-10 (Infro rocktors)
11-15 (Chupas and popos at entrance of east)
16-20 (Kepas/vubbes at mines village area)

Ignore map completion at above point of time

Do the main quests(except tutorial area quest, just go bum rush to Klaipeda after you grinded to 10 in stater zone). Reserve cards till you actually get to an area that is sorely above your level.

21-25 (You should be able to finish mines area at 25)

25-28 (Cafrisun area, grind there for a bit)

30-35 (Tenet Garden, Panto archer area)

35-40 (Tenet garden BF1)


Note: Buy dem pardoner buffs. If you can get a hold of cafrisun before you start grinding, the better.

There. Level 40 in about 2-3 hours give or take.

It's best if you actually have a DPS doing this.
Even better if you are a group of 5 friends doing this since you get massive increase in exp, ambush mobs, and faster clear.

Forgot to tell, you can also pop cards to get to the next area immediately if you are seeing a decline in exp gain on the current grind spot.

The faster you can get to the higher level grind spot the better. This being the level 30-35 tenet garden one and 35-40 Tenet chapel one.

And depending on the difficulty of your class change quest then obviously just add that to the theoretical completion time.

Average damage is higher on str oriented builds, though you don't have to run full str for max dps with Cyclone iirc. Dex has other benefits besides DPS, too

My guild and I leveled alts from 1-50 in 50mins - 1hr

using a 220+ area, each member gets 2.5k exp, 3.8k with bonus exp, all you need is a cleric (even lv 10) and an aoe dps, pref Wugusap, map has good map density

guild master also used his squire to tp members there, but I guess they could walk there

im not telling you which area though

We tried maps adjacent to it, we even tried alemeth but the exp is vastly lowered, around 800 exp for the new alts at alemeth, on THE map the exp is a constant 2.5k(3.8k with full party), I dont know why this is but its pretty constant, also theres like 7-8 random abush that triggers almost after every group of mob killed

If you have strong, one hit skill, let's say 500 skill atk and 200 atk from your str, you do 700 damage. Period.
Now if you have let's say 4-hit skill, 50 atk per hit, skill alone does 200 damage, but your STR atk is also used 4 times so it's 200 + 4*200 from STR for 1000 damage total. Basicaly if you don't have multihit skills, STR doesn't increase damage as much leaving CRIT more rewarding per effort than STR.
Basically multihits have 2 decent ways of increasing damage greatly while single hit skills lose so much on STR that you could say DEX is better.

Because STR also increases CRIT ATK, you want some DEX for CRIT RATE anyway, you just get less of it than full DEX build and fill the gap with CRIT gears if possible.

But Highlander is just class that generally works well with STR:

>attribute that increases your CRIT ATK with 2handed swords by 50% which means the higher CRIT ATK (which comes from STR) you have, the more benefit from this attribute you will have

Because Highlander can get nice CRIT ATK, having no CRIT RATE to proc crits seems like a waste so it's best to mix STR and DEX.
How you mix it, it's up to you and your needs. You can go for 2:1, 1:1, 1:2 or whatever works more for you. I can't objectively tell you which is better because I didn't throw numbers into excel to make some graphs to check tendencies.

Remember that less DEX = less evasion so you'll have to invest more in CON. But then again getting hit a bit isn't that awful if you go Doppel because getting hit increases your damage with Deeds of Valor.
