How do I time IB? I find myself with 2 or 3 stacks whenever a big hit is coming. Am I supposed to save Infuriate exclussively for emergency IB's? Forcing the last stack with zerk sounds like a waste, and Vengeance already gives enough defense to clip it with IB.

It's all a matter of knowing the encounter well enough to know when the big hits are coming. WARs have all the CDs they need to handle tankbusters if you're using them properly, so IB is of more use with minor cooldowns to get an extra defensive boost. Otherwise, Fell Cleave to your heart's content.
