Because of the grinding missions? They were all doable with natural AP, and the introduction of missions in the first place and new enemies and music was great, the story was more fun then Saber Wars too. Grinding to go up the leaderboard was just as bad as grinding ghosts, the only difference is one was way more likely to get you killed by a million HP assassin.

At the time of the event I remember that I was quite underleved as a master and my most leveled servant was at 70, I remember my AP was somewhere under 80. So the missions at the near top dragged on and on and it wasn't really fun doing them over and over again. I didn't like missions because of this.

Shit like "Kill XX type of enemy" that appeared in like 1 room and in limited amount really got on my nerves. Music was great and I love KnK soundtrack, but you must admit it got stale after countless replays. I still listen to the shop theme though.

It got stale, but the event that stayed the freshest throughout was Honnouji, and that was only because of daily nobbus. Any event is going to get old by the end of the first week.

The missions meant grinding missions but it gave you a reason to go back to older different ones which kind of eased up the monotony. Non-missions events end up with you just grinding the highest mission you can do over and over.

Most NP stats match up with the persons NP, it's just that some don't, and on top of that at no point in the last 12 years has the NP stat ever been said to do anything, literally anything at all. There has never been a reason for its existence.
