Everything went really fine till that. My sysnand version is 2.1.0 but when I try to load the website, the touch screen flashs and then everything freeze.

I tried downloading the files again, clean the saves data but it didn't work.

I got the Bravely Default: For the Sequel cia (JPN) installed and it works fine, but when I install the update (the correct JPN one) it forces a restart everytime I try to boot the game.

OKAY GOT IT, used JPN JP in the locale file and you can change language from in-game menu, there's no way to change that from title menu, and the language setting is saved for each save data, not a global setting. Thus, even if you set up your language, when start a new game (save data), it will still use default language at the very beginning.

He has released a couple of legitimate things in the past, but nothing revolutionary. It's entirely possible that the hybrid fw does work for exploits, but it's also equally possible that even if it does work like that it also breaks plenty of other stuff like game compatibility.
He also claimed to have figured out an HDMI out adaptor for the Vita with nothing but a few capacitors and resistors, which was thoroughly debunked not long after. He's made a bunch of bold claims and more of his ideas have been shown to be bullshit than not, so it's hard to believe many of his still untested claims.
Plus, he's not released most of it, so it doesn't make much difference if it's true or not. People like mrgas and tomtomdu80 started off with claims of some cool stuff, and eventually followed up by actually showing everyone how to do it.

Yes a bit, the New 3DS can nearly always split the 30 frames evenly. Any stuttering on O3DS is due to uneven division of frames. Overall, it barely makes a difference. In case you're not aware, MHX is locked at 30 fps.

Insert the old SD card into the computer, and extract the nand to a file somewhere on your computer.

Insert the new SD card. Format emunand. Then inject rednand, with the file you just made.

The hidden rednand/emunand partition will be copied over to the new SD card. Then you can copy over the other files like normal and proceed.

It'll say a date. That's the manufacturer date of your 3ds.
Then, look in that same area and it'll say SHARP or Something else. Sharp is TN and the other is IPS. Sharp or the other option are the name of the companies who made the panel.

The original model PS3s are the best for running PS2 backups because they have all the needed PS2 hardware packed inside them. Every other model either only has part. A couple of SKUs after used part hardware part software, with like 99.9% compatibility minus a few glitches, every one after uses pure software.
You're unlikely to find an original model still in working condition and on 3.55 or below, and even if you do, like you said it's got enough manufacture issues that it probably won't be alive for much longer.
Playback on pure software emulation models was kind of hit and miss while they relied on the PS2 classics container, but it's gotten pretty decent since Cobra went open source and Rebug were able to implement that.
PS2s don't have perfect compatibility running off hard drives either, but it's solid enough.
