the second is fair, i guess. its on the normal crazy box, so it could work.
the third one im not even sure of whether or not this would even work.
the fourth wouldnt effect the burgs treated as monsters on the field, but your S/T lineup and all burgs in grave would be gone. incredibly risky if you arent winning that turn.
the fifth is fair, too.

Except that the only decks that can side Pandora's, would be extra deck less decks. Since you can't just remove decks from your extra deck while siding without replacing them with something.
Meaning that if you have an extra deck you can't just go extra deck less for the following rounds.

So it's basically just Monarchs/Qliphorts that forgoes the extra deck that even has the option to side it. I have a really hard time seeing Monarchs play it at all though. If this card is to see any play at all, it'll be in Qliphorts. But we'll see.

Reborn Tengu effect starts a chain, so it can't activated from deck. I guess even Quasar can't summon Shooting Star if it's get Ignister'd or De-Synchro'd.
