My theory is that CMO was KISS porting CM3D as closely as possible to the Unity engine, which required a fuckton of work. They did some graphics enhancements and took advantage of the engine during this. Then, when CMO was failing due to bad design and always online, they overhauled it a bit with new textures, new shaders, and a new UI and called it CM3D2. Some of the stages (stage, outdoor pool) between CMO and CM3D2 look virtually identical. So, they've managed to get some serious mileage out of their assets.

The cool part is that CM3D2 is a big success with a huge community (for an eroge), so hopefully KISS will build something from scratch for CM3D3 or whatever instead of recycling assets and it will look awesome

not sure why your NoMosaic isn't working, but you have to hit F12 to apply UI translations, or something.
I've never run sybaris only, I run Sybaris+ReiPatcher, which keeps the translations on constantly, for what little of it.

I just found out that the F12 thing comes from the Unified Translation Loader, which tells the game to reload all the translations apparently.

By literally skipping the activity. Plot out your yotogi, then just hit next without doing anything. The sex skills won't level up much, but you still get the full amount of experience for maid's night classes. The only benefit for levelling up skills is that it has less penalties per action, but that's only beneficial if you're going for the classic grind. TL;DR, who gives a shit

To start out with more maid points, you have to get the achievements. You can see those in the Trophies button in your office screen.
