I think it's a blessing in more than one way. Aside from stopping the game from turning into a grueling 4vs5 match, it can also surprise the enemy team or even give them some blue balls. Only bad thing though is that my team can also get some blue balls if the enemy team decided to remake the game. It also destroys my chance of getting some cheap wins.

Her W applys 4 seconds of it. Every proc of damage from her e vessel applies it and tentacles apply 2 seconds of it. Thunderlords tends to proc on the vessel so it does less damage than normal.

I've done both and it honestly depends. On a squishy target like Riven I max q and once I've bought some ad 1 q does 1/3 of her health.

Maxing E isn't bad, reduces the cd and increases the damage the vessel does but it makes you easy to play around. If you max vessel and miss it you gotta wait around until it's off cd because if they fight you while it's down you're a dead man.

Funny thing to do, if the enemy is low health and they've been cursed and they're waaay out of range. While a tentacle is spawning use your ult, the tentacle will slap really really fast and likely kill them. If it doesn't you get another chance with the second tentacle spawn.

the problem with bows is that a retard with a bow is worthless while a retard with a crossbow can still operate it perfectly fine which is the reason they were popular to begin with. you can get a bunch of peasants and give them crossbows which is cheaper and easier than having actual skilled bowmen, but there is a reason why skilled bowmen were one of the most valuable parts about an army. bows are strictly superior, they just require a skillful operator. anybody can use a crossbow.

Maybe if you have communication with team to organize a play then maybe a stomped game could be won, but when you've gotten no objectives, game kill ratio is 4:1 and you don't have even a single person doing well, then it's just a game. Grow up and move on, why is that so hard

Some fucking math:

>Level 9 Soraka without runes, items and masteries with maxed W gives 200hp
>With masteries it goes up to 220hp
>Ardent censer increases it to 295hp
>With Eye of the Wather's bonus AP it goes to 313hp

This is without any runes and with fucking 2 items. Then shit happens (now all items separatelly):

>Rylai's and RoA: 389hp
>Mikael's Crucible: 351hp
>Rabaddon's Deathcap: 457hp

Everything was done without counting runes. Approximately in every match a good Soraka will now be able to heal more than 500hp EVERY FUCKING SECOND thanks to shitton of CDR items for her.

And ult you may ask?
