I'd suggest world hopping

if you're near fallador or al kharid check the gem merchants, usually they have an uncut & cut sapphire in stock, it's a quick easy 50k before you get logged out for worldhopping too much

If you're near ardougne, consider port ... khazar? two planks spawn there right next to eachother pretty rapidly and they sell for around 400 ea with the inflated price

There might be some better places but I don't know of any

if you don't want to world hop, maybe pickpocket female HAM members?
The polished buttons sell for like 1K ea, you can get uncut jade/onyx, you can get steel pickaxes, you can get HAM set pieces which also sell for about 500-1K ea though there's a small market for this

Fermi estimate:

There's probably about ~200k glories in the game, so each "cycle" of every single glory that exists (assuming they all pass through the fountain of rune) will introduce a further 8-12 or so eternal glories into the game statistically

So you'd need to know how long it takes to fully cycle the whole population of glories through the fountain, lets say, considering nerds runecrafting all day, that they probably pass through about once every week, which would mean there's one or two new ones a day which sounds about right.

Now, a glory is incredibly useful, people use them when running runes of all sorts and each one gives you 6 teleports which is equivalent to creating roughly 200k worth of nats. Assuming that the runecrafter is selling uncharged glories and buying back charged ones (out of laziness) then this means atm a glory is worth about 0.35% of a nature crafters money. So an Eternal Glory can't exceed this percentage+the ease of access bonus for not having to somehow recharge it.

Considering the total profit from 91-99 on pure double nats I would expect the eternal glory to be worth around 1.5-3m when the market saturation reaches its ideal point.

the most traded in one day is like 220k and I'd expect that to be a fairly good representation of glories that actually pass through a charge cycle regularly

the rest would be in the hands of mid levels who have a few for personal use running around doing misc stuff that doesn't require recharges that often.

Nobody wants to run glories through the fountain of rune (for fear of losing them and/or xp/gp time waste) and nobody wants a (4) anymore so when you're not a complete nooblord you buy a stack of charged glories and sell the stack of uncharged ones at the end, the gp loss is completely negligible on that scale and it's far faster and more efficient.

also stimulates the economy because it gives people a good way to make cash money by processing the glories through the fountain.
