Drain is capped at 25%. Valk got nerfed, and now her base drain rises with time up to 15 energy per sec. 3.75 is as low as you can get, and that's pretty shit for sustenance.

I'm too lazy to add the forma to all my frames to accommodate the higher rank mods but this is pretty fun and strong build. Try it with berserker/fury fixed War. Shit turns into god of war sometimes. Use ult sparingly to rev teammates or heal up when you get low
