I followed the manga for years until it ended but I'm not watching the anime so I'm not sure what you'd discuss here.

He bought ninja storm 4 on steam recently but it won't run on his computer. It's something about Direct x 11, he has an old geforce gt 220 so maybe that's the problem, but he says he has direct x 11 installed and working (he reinstalled it many times just in case). Thanks. He build it himself, but some years ago, I mean he has a i3 processor. We're not from America so technology is about 4 years behind there and more expensive. He can run most games tough, even if it's on the lowest quality, but this is probably the problem.
He was planning to upgrade anyways, but he might just refund the game for now.

But yeah, it'll almost certainly be the GPU. Where are you/he? If it was from some years ago, almost anything you buy will be a major step up. If his PSU can handle it, I'd recommend a nVidia GTX 750Ti. RIDICULOUSLY good performance for the price - it's like $185 here in Australia.

I suppose a short term solution, if you want to play together could be to get NUNS3, which should be pretty cheap and possibly a fair bit below what he'd get back from a refund.
In some respects it is the better game (content-wise at least, while 4 looks better and lets you do stuff like switch leaders), however be warned that online multiplayer is a bit iffy from what I hear.
