I would suggest Friend on Mushin or WTS on Jiwan.

Friend because I've run several dungeons with Laphicet and he's generally a really swell guy all around, and WTS because basically the same thing for Luu. Plus, WTS is the larger of the Jiwan clans an on the blue side, so you can get endgame materials more quickly. I really can't say anything about faction balance on non-Jiwan servers. The faction balance is literally the only reason I can't recommend the Jiwan red clan for new players.

I agree on that. Sometimes you can get a conversation going. But then again, sometimes you just get no response. Even the clan leader won't even respond to you if you greet them. One time when the leader logged on, I tried to say something to them and they just ignored me or didn't really say anything. It made me a little sad. I can agree with this, had my alt there for a while and I noticed it would be me the one to only use and fill the clan chat most of the time I was online. I asked if they were on discord or something since no one would talk but the ones that replied told me they didn't use it.
They are very friendly and polite, they at least reply every time I say hi, I have no doubts they are nice people but it sure feels like I'm an outsider the entire time so I just moved my alt to Crimson. No one said anything not like they lost anyone of value.
I don't want to sound rude or anything, sorry if someone from the clan feels offended but that was my little experience there.

Hey guys, leave her alone. She isn't some all-powerful dictator that controls every single thing her members do. She's willing to help out when she can, sure. I know it because I've seen it. This isn't No Seku where all members are hiding in a discord, circle jerking each other and only running statics. It's just people playing the game, in this case on Jiwan, that want a community and just friends to talk to. I'll preface by saying I am no longer in WTS ERP, but I was there long enough to get an idea of what the guild was like.

I just wanted to say, from my experience, I don't think you fail as a leader - you can't do everything for everyone. That's the silliest thing. People in this clan were nice, and I enjoyed everyone when they actually DID talk (especially Ellery). However, talking was so rare.

The problem for me is that no one tried to reach out or get to know anyone. I felt like an outcast since I joined, and when I tried to start conversation, no one responded. A guild of so many people, and no one does anything together, unless you're in the in-crowd.

I wish you all the best, but so many people responding to you feeling the same way as I do - it's clearly not a guild for those that wish to bond together.

In any case, don't blame yourself. You've done nothing wrong.
