Hell, what's the best way to grind? So far I've using my level 30 Carnage as the leader and have two low levels as the side characters. Carnage clearing the level usually gives a few levels but is there a best all around stage for it?

I don't know why you expected that. CMNN said last week that the T2 patch would be on the 29th, which is tomorrow. Then the article announcing the Cap event said the games would be releasing them between the 30th and the 4th.

NM doesn't update on the weekends, and if they were going to do it this week (thursday or friday), then they probably would have just done the T2 patch and the new character on the same day. The fact that they aren't doing that would imply that it's probably going to be on Monday to coincide with the 4th.

Donut Steel and a Token Event where you can unlock Donut Steel. Maybe Captain HYDRA and a uniform sale on all the USA unis (Captain America's, Iron Patriot, Captain Falcon).

This isn't the 2.4 update that'll be coming later this month, just a little mini update for Marvel's Cap 75th Anniversary event. The July update is likely going to be really late in the month (18th at earliest, 26th at latest, probably 25th-26th) and new T2s and Sharon Rogers mini updates will just be to tide us over until then.

Is the problem that you're dieing or that you're running out of time? Because if it's that you're dieing, you just need to work on learning his patterns in the third phase so you can avoid his attacks. Most are pretty easy to avoid, and for those that aren't, you just need to make sure you switch out right as you're about to get hit so that the brief bit of invincibility you get from a tag-out will protect you from the damage.
