I guess I'm like everyone else right now, I've got wasp and I have no idea what I should be concentrating on next. Spiderman seems like the obvious choice, but he's also the only one that isn't timed and doesn't seem to add anything new once you unlock him. So that leaves the mystery box or the challenge items. I'm guessing its the mystery box since you get the most coins from it, but doing that puts you behind on spiderman pretty quick with all your film getting used up.

The only thing Spidey does this week is unlock your ability to drop Homemade Spider Tech (which is necessary for the Statue of Liberty decoration), which might drop for you anyways if you had him unlocked before the event. Future Fight is alright. You get plenty of opportunities for resources, but there is so much stuff to max out a character. You need materials to rank up the character to 6*, different mats for 6* master, plus mats for max gear and max ISO-8. No X-men of course and the actual gameplay is decent. It's a lot like the old X-men Legends/MUA, but instead of an energy bar, there's just a strict cooldown.

Everything else in the box is incidental but if you are lucky and get all the goblin coins without having to pull the whole thing, you might still have time to get the coins from the deco.

It says free store and instant action, but I know some things are bugged in it. I think you can't skip construction on tracers. Buying the Wasp costume had to be done through the unmodded one too cause that bugged out. I think buying Pete as well had some bugs.

But I know you CAN skip the film roll generators for free, so octobots don't really affect you that much. And you can just do 1 second heroics to farm the items you need for Wasp/Pete so it doesn't really matter that much. It's easier if you run both versions, have the actual game on your phone and the modded one on a spare phone or Bluestacks so you can still play it properly

Holy shit, they made the events waif... 2 most interesting characters as some that you could get just with a moderate amount of play. TinyCo is really firing on all cylinders!

It's definitely far and away the most punitive. Even the first third of the Red Hulk event was at vaguely least mathematically possible for the non whales

If this event had been set up like previous events, that the normal players would get all the decorations, and the squeeze out as many of the crates as they could, while the whales got all the crates, or alternatively get a crate or three to get the oscoins to help fund the later decorations.

But so far, this has been so fuck me in the ass with an octobot that many of the smarter players have given up on the decorations almost entirely.

And because of the trash timer and the hard limits on how fast you can get film, evidence and web fluid, even the most hardcore F2P players are pretty much on rails, and those rails aren't getting very far.

even if they open up the floodgates on drop items so that spider man's workshop build time was the key limiting factor, I think the majority of players here would still somewhat struggle.

Since the mod popular exploded here, I'll share some tips I learned from Quest for Stuff.

Don't buy premiums if you want to compete and earn leaderboard prizes. You get autobanned from them if your shard spent/bought ratio is too high. It's so sensitive that legit users who obtained characters from sales/boxes (at a reduced price) sometimes get caught in the ban too.

They don't care too much if you use it in solo events (non-competitive). As long as you get around what f2p players get, you should be good.

Even in leaderboards, as long as you don't make it too obvious, you shouldn't get caught, but it's riskier. You usually see a lot of retarded hackers at the top of leaderboards, but those get cleaned out sooner or later.

The best way to use it, if you want to be eligible for leaderboards, is to just use the mod to get ahead of the curve, but stay within f2p-range. I am not sure if the hack will be able to get leaderboard prizes; if it can, then disregard this and go all out.

Looks like once again we're getting screwed over on an all Marvel Games event. WWII Cap suit is going Thursday as part of the alt Cap look event. Every game is getting new interesting alt costume, but we're getting one that's been sititng int he store since the beginning, much like how we just got Pepper at the end of the month for the Women in Power month long event.
