I'm buying 8k molten glass and making orbs for 61-70 crafting. I need to at least make back what I spent so I'm going to be enchanting at least 2k of them. What's the fastest obelisk for enchanting?

I also need to go from 55-70 slayer. I'm 85 combat. All I care about right now is the fastest method. Should I be doing tasks from nieve or a lower level master for fastest exp rates?

I've been planning ahead to get some cash for max slayer gear for 99 slay, I don't mind not having cannon or max range gear for extra efficiency since I will just enjoy the grind to 99.

I considered doing runecrafting for this due to the high gp/hr. However doing runecrafting efficiently requires high agility and mining which I have not trained much.
I most likely will do 99 hunter which nets me around 32m from black chins.
And then I'm stumped, I could do agility to 99 for 50m from the extra marks however that requires kandarin hard and ardy elite to be efficient and those take a while.
