I knew a guy who worked at Infinity Ward before many quit and formed Respawn (He doesn't currently work with Respawn though). It would be interesting if her E had some kind of stealth mechanic. Not full on stealth or even Nova/Zeratul stealth shit from Heroes and Starcraft but maybe like her cloak changed to a similar texture of the surface. So she's not actually invisible but if someone were 10m+ away it would be hard to see her if you weren't already looking. She could be able to use her abilities but once she used her primary she'd be revealed.

Usually the most devastating High Noons come from when the enemy doesn't know where you are or when they're extra distracted. Do a lot of sneaking around and try to use it when they can't do anything about it.

It's one of those ults where if they don't see you immediately, they will probably die. But 90% of the time, competent players will find you and/or hear which direction you're high noon'ing from and hide which makes it extra important that you take them by surprise.
