The person that is attached to the character, represented by a card will be attached to every incarnation of that character to a various degrees: for example, if I put a card in multiple saves and play them for a while I will be attached to all of them as a single entity because it's not real and reality rules don't apply to them in the same manner. Personally I wouldn't care what happens to my cards in other people's saves but that's because they rarely post them and I'm just ignorant. If someone constantly posted rapevids of them I would feel bad but then again they're not real. Others might feel different.

That's kind of what a person is, not human, but a person. I don't think it's apt to call it "reduction" if you're talking about specific people, it's not like a slice in the spacetime is inherently "less" than whatever else you can classify a person as. The value and existence of a person is immaterial and subjective.

Now, human, I guess you can argue that a human is more than a slice in the spacetime because a human is a structure of cells working in unison for a common goal of survival. A human is a human regardless of where in time it's located. Minus the odd mutation here or there. So in that regard you're right, I don't think you can reduce a human to a slice in spacetime. It's a physical object after all.

As for caring about what happens to my cards, I think it's interesting if other people use them even if they are just using them to make rapevids. Despite being the same character in the beginning, they end up different from my own versions in terms of the situation they are in. It's like if you take someone elses class, even if the characters are the same as yours it's not gonna be quite the same playing it.

regarding human/person - it's a bit hard for me to distinguish between them because in my native tongue we have a single word for it so I use them interchangeably. Well, 2 but the other is literally "body" which is an aspect of human/person/individual/whatever.
Whenever I consider my relationship with someone else I don't immediately think of them as all the past events that happened between us or happened to them and I know of. I pretty much have a mental image of them which is basically an avatar of an actual person that is an approximation of the real deal. All the interactions simply shape that image. That is actually true regarding reality itself: I operate not on an objective thing but on an internal model that is an approximation of reality.

So a card is simply a medium for interactions between me and that internal image of an imaginary person. I don't keep in my head a consistent timeline of a card's life and seeing her in other people's class is barely different from seeing her as a background character. I even consider their cm3d2 incarnations as a part of the same thing.

I personally share every card I make, even if only a single anon asked for it and most of the time I just dump anything that I find decent into the db. Though I understand why someone might refuse to upload it for some kind of sentimental reasons. There are also other reasons not to upload, mind you, like intentionally pissing off ibukitards, for example, but that's different.

That's interesting. I'm not a native English speaker either but in my native language there is a distinction between a person/individual - the spiritual entity, and the physical entity that is a human.
I don't think about this at all in day to day life and I, like you, have a subjective mental image of the other person, a subjective approximation of reality.
I think you can see that this approximation is based on your memories of interaction with that particular person, however. Your memories of their actions and behaviour. So the person is still a construct of memories in time, except in this case your memories. You can't develop a mental approximation of a person without having any memories of them to base it on. Even if those memories are gained second hand, you still need something to work with.

It's not like you can look at a picture of their physical existence, and then figure them out as a person based on just that. You can try to approximate it, but at that point you're left with something like a caricature more so than anything resembling the real person. Oh, and I suppose that does also qualify as a memory of them. Even if it is a very inconsequential memory of their physical appearance.

It's more about the distinction between what are essentially different "people" with the same appearance than keeping track of timelines. It's not that I don't understand why someone might not want to upload their shit, I just don't consider "I don't want to be cucked" a valid reason. It makes no sense to me.

Well, yes, but not solely on memory. Pretty much any knowledge about that person and even about their surroundings shape our perception of them.
Also if they are different people with the same appearance it will affect your perception of the first one. Imagine meeting someone who's a carbon copy of one of your close friends or family members and you have to talk to them a lot due to some circumstances. I'm sure you won't see your friend/family the same way even if they had nothing to do with this. It's not exactly rational but it fucks with our wiring and we can only keep it in mind. It's also the reason why usually women tend to be angry at you because you did something to them in their dream - you dindu nuffin but their perception of you was affected by something they imagined.

well, it looks like the default skin tone. I find it boring because whenever I find it in one of my cards it just means I didn't bother to change it. A bit more yellow makes it more pleasant and it's generally a good idea to just fuck around with the sliders and pick whatever looks best - chances are you won't get one of the presets. I can't really suggest any other colors though.
