Got a quick question for anyone experienced with machine translators (happens with both VNR and TA).
Anytime I play a game that I've already patched with a (partial) translation, the translators refuse to translate any thread beginning with an English character.
Most recently this has been MGQP.
Now, most of the names are translated. Unfortunately, all the text from the game is all output in one thread. This results in most untranslated text to remain moonrunes.
Is there any way to circumvent this (i.e. somehow split threads or, more realistically, force English words to be pushed through the translators along with the Japanese) while still playing with the patch?

I uploaded it a few months ago for the thread but apparently the link died. I still have it but my UL is dogshit, it would take all day just to get it up, and you could get it from other places before I was done.

It's a good game and worth having, great CGs and 50+ hours long even if you know exactly what to do, longer if you don't. It's a lot like a survival game in that resources are very limited in certain segments of the game, so you can fuck yourself over if you don't stockpile HP pots and stuff at all times just in case you hit one of those sections.

Because of how long the game is, it's pretty sparse, but overall it has more CG than most games outside of Acerola, and none of them are repeats. I think there are around 50 CG sets. It builds up later on but at the start you will be going a while between each scene. If it wasn't a fun game to play most people would just give up on it I'm sure.
