Ok, this is probably a bad time for Klaipeda server but here goes.
I've enjoyed playing with /tosg/ over the past few months. I've had fun and met a lot of cool people. I think what we're just lacking is a good leader, and I have no doubt in my mind I could be that person. I have plenty of leadership experience in video games and beyond, and honestly I fucking thrive in an environment like that. I've also been browsing 4chan on and off for about 9 years so you can rest assured I "get" the culture.
I have an R6 swordsman ready to be ruined with templar at any time. However, I value my time, and in the current state of IMC's inaction I don't plan on investing my time and effort starting and running guild only to see it die from members quitting in droves. But if we do see at the very least several weeks of consistent real updates that aren't loading screens, I may decide to take action.
Some (tentative) guidelines for this guild:
- I plan to create an environment where we have the means to contest any high-level PvE content (eg. ET), world bosses, and PvP. If dominating in both PvE and PvP turns out to be unrealistic with our members' resources / character rosters, we can pick one to focus on based on which the majority of the members would prefer to do.
- I plan to do this while also keeping it a chill and drama-free environment where people can work together towards our common goals, make friends and HAVE FUN!

Wanna hear what's shitty? The EU server Fedimian is set to an American time zone.
So basically all guild events happen at like 3 or 4 am central EU time, so no one is doing them at all.
It sucks. Capy is never online when they trigger. I'd love to try my hand at them since I hear there's a chance of getting the hamster pet from those events.

I'm just making an AFK Necro right now since I have classes to attend now and I wanted to make some danke silver.
Even at Sorc C1, Templeshooter does like 5k damage (both hits combined), which turbo carries me through quests till I reach Alemeth grind.
The problem with Sorc C1 is that my Templeshooter is an absolute retard and it's frustrating using him without Hold since your leash range is short. Joint Penalty helps. Also HK at level 5 wont hold enemies long enough for Flesh Cannon to blow things up so you have to plan ahead. Usually I have my minions grab aggro first.
I still love this build, it's really fun.
If you want to make an AFK necro, pyroc2 linker c2 is probably much faster
If you want to make a PvP necro, Wiz C3 Kino C2 Necro C2. Magnetic Force into QC Flesh Cannon kills anything.

Tanks work in a weird way here. You lose the mob's aggro if you don't hit it meticulously even after taunting. You might want to go Sword > Pelt1. Get max Steady Aim. Now. That's the primary reason you even get Ranger, I'm too lazy to math to see if you have the points left over but if you don't you respec no questions asked.
Just go Fletcher3 from here on out, max Magic Arrow asap, then max Broadhead and Barbed, get 1 in Bodkin, do whatever with the rest of your points.
Fletcher3 has a couple different paths to it, even with the Steady Aim nerf the Ranger3 one is still very good when you have party support to cap your crit anyways, for a more general soloing approach you would go Archer2 Ranger2 or Archer2 Ranger1 Scout1 into Fletcher. All 3 are valid options with their own merits.

I started doing Grynas at around 210 when I looked at the armor sets for 220 and saw it as an easy stop messure until Virtov, yes. It's easy as shit to run there and you can solo it any level. What took a bit longer was actually finding the time to get enough Pincers, but by week 3 when more and more people got to R7 and Cranto they started popping up on the market for dirt cheap so I just bought them. I know of at least 3 people I talk to that got their set done significantly quicker than I did. If you are new to Grynas and gimmick events in general you probably don't know that yet, but the recipe drops operate on a DPK like system and every X clears you "hit a stroke of luck" and will get a recipe every fucking time you go there until it stops again for a week or so of clears.

At your guild tower, go to Guild Event, the number of tickets correspond to your guild level.
Tickets regenerate over time, though we're not sure how long.
Choose the mission you want (3 ticket cost), then a 2 minute (?) timer will start counting down til the event starts.
Other guilds are reporting that the event just fails to happen most of the time.
We did get several event failures at first, but what we did when we succeeded was:

To my knowledge, nobody got banned for auto-pot add-on. They all got banned for add-ons that call NPC functions from anywhere.
The only way IMC can detect those is because they make calls to the server, to pull up stuff like storage and market. They probably set it up so that it listed everyone who called those functions from non-town maps, and then banned everyone on that list.
The auto-pot add-on probably doesn't communicate with the server, so my educated guess is to say that it is safe.AFK farming is wrong though. I hope they fucking axe it somehow.

Full CON is overkill if you aren't Cryo3Chrono3 in my opinion. That specific build needs it because things still hit you while you are gathering them up with your Snowball. For your build some INT is fine, you will probably want to get an Ignition at some point anyways and your INT will boost the damage from that by quite a bit. I don't think your 150 or whatever in INT will matter much in the grand scheme of things, you will pretty much never run risk of dying anyways. I would however prioritize CON from now on

During iCBT2 the fucking salt in this place over Barbarians was insane.
Every fucking thread was filled with people whining about Seism and how unfair it was. It was so obnoxious to read.
Back then leveling was a pain and overkilling gave bonus exp. Also Highlanders' Cartar was insanely good and Seism used to overkill everything in our level range.
So /tosg/ cried. They cried tears every day on the forums and that's why highlander is a mangled leftover piece of itself.

They just approached it from way too many fucking angles, and didn't give swordsmen anything at all in return. If only there were someone with half a brain on the team, they would have gone "wait wait wait, if we do ALL of this, the effects on Swordsmen will be devastating".
