I feel conflicted helping an enemy nation, but I'm okay with helping vitagen.

Hunters and medics both use strength to increase attack. Check this in pic related to figure out what stat will help your attack and other information.

From what I can discern from experience:
Green is ranged, meaning strength isn't exactly ranged against anything, purple is magic obv vs M-Def, red is melee, probably meaning Strength vs Def.

Diamond shapes are regular attacks and Hexagons and Spheres are subsets of skills each being affected individually, not together, by those gem things that start with P.

Another helpful bit of info is that if you remove your guard skill from your fighter, you get a nice bit of extra damage into your last attack if it consumes the last few bits of your actions.

Common misconception actually. Agi in this game actually doesn't determine turn order for the most part, it goes by units type and whether you're an attacker or defender. Agi will determine which of the same unit on the same side will go first, however.

It's pretty good. It's also notable because the MC is really good. He gets a shitload of character development, and despite being relegated to a non-combat role for 90% of the story, remains consistently likeable because he actually does everything he can to help defend his kingdom despite his crippled state.

Yeah, I really liked that. Normally, non-combat NPC's get their dick sucked by the rest of the cast with how awesome their non-combat powers are to make the player feel cool despite not fighting.

Zeabolos spends most of his time doing paperwork and organizing training regimes, but comes off as far cooler, simply because you know he's doing practical, non-flashy stuff that other people would genuinely ignore.

They do a fair amount of them for an atelier game at least. Clockman for example gets character development progressively during his arc. Of course, shitters like Oskar only had his at the end.
I was bored to tears with most characters in other games until the very end where they got a tid bit of real development. Especially shit like Lionella or Ceci. Imo, sophie had a bit more diverse characters but still the same problem as ever

I just really like the setting, characters and mechanics. It is not an RPG to save the world, you're just a girl looking for her missing sister, finding new friends on each town and creating cool shit with things you found on the fields.
Also, the music is fucking amazing and the visuals are top notch. It is a game that really clicked on me.

1) What's the difference between creating a digimon at 100% scan and doing it at 200% scan ?

There's a large guide on the wikia and it's essentially all in "Chinese". I managed to beat it without knowing any moon or anything about how to play kancolle prior.
