Talent tree/spec overhaul - there are only 3 talents per tier and you only unlock one tier per 15 levels. Talents are basically pick and choose based on the encounter now and the small % bonuses you used to put a point in every level are just baked into whatever spec you choose now.

Ability pruning - Blizzard removed around 50-65% of what they deemed "redundant" or "filler" abilities from each class and spec. Some lost a lot more than others - Monks barely lost anything while Druids lost almost two thirds of their shit and you can literally play Arms Warrior on a controller now.

Flexible raiding - basically, you can invite anywhere from 10 to 25 players into a raid and the bosses, mobs and loot will scale based on the number for normal and heroic. Mythic (the new hardest mode) can only be run with 20 members, which royally fucked a lot of raiding guilds since they either had to cut their mythic roster or get shafted because they only ran 10 players.

Is it worth it to bother trying for the Legendary ring this late? Would it even be possible in the first place?

Is Tanaan worth it at all if raiding isn't on the agenda? I've heard mixed things, but I know on my server it's almost impossible to quest there thanks to all the ganking.

What's the fastest way to get to my Conquest cap? I have around 43,000 available this week on more than one character, but I'm currently struggling to get anywhere near that. Skirmishes don't offer a lot, and I don't win most of them anyway, most RBG groups have higher requirements than I can meet, and I have yet to find a winning Ashran group in around a week of trying. Arena is pretty similar to RBGs in that it feels like most players want someone who already has gear and experience, of which I have neither. I'm not really interested in raiding much before Legion, so it seems like the Conquest gear is the fastest/easiest way to gear my characters up. I'm just a little lost.

PvP talents add a lot to each spec because pvp takes more skill than dragonslaying. Dragonslayers can't handle more than 4 buttons and a damage CD.

So for some reason the PRT prepatch test runs like shit even though the graphical improvements are minimal. I understand they implemented kind of global volumetric fog bit like in Fallout 4 and all the new games as well, but it's not very visible.

Otherwise copying my Fury to PTR and seeing how all skills are gone makes me feel bit nervous. Was this really what I wanted? Not sure. Mixed/10.
