Personally I think this nurse is meant to be a big clue due to the way she is presented in the game, and if you think about her and where she shows up it raises some big questions involving ground zeroes.

From what I remember the AR got nerfed. I just haven't optimized my classes. From the picture I was using the female INF with the shotgun.

I was using the shotgun to stunlock then switching to SMG to kill. My meta was a success. I'm sure the AR is still viable though.

But overall I think they should add more guns to MGO.
