I have been playing it since they released it for Android.. Even if it looks like a low budget game compared to a lot of other idol rhythm games, it is one of the best of the genre (not counting SIF and SS).
Maybe not as good as a rhythm game, but the characters are great and the biggest selling point.

If you look at some of the recent idol games (Idol Chronicle, 8 beat Story, Smile Shooter, DREAM BEAT, School Star Dream), you know how hard it is to enter that market and keep the game up. T7S is already two years old.

Sadly, a lot of people quit because of crashes or lag, things that are now fixed. Donuts actually made an effort to fix a lot of the problems and are adding things from time to time to make things better.

So I heard there's something called "Valiant Force" coming to Murrica soon. It's supposed to be like Phantom of the Kek (or rather, like Fire Emblem) but without the Global greediness and horrid RNG reliance. For instance

First of all, any *4 is good for starter, but mage is not really noob-friendly.
Second, that card is the weakest out of the one in that particular gacha.
Third, in a couple of hours, there'll be a new gacha with guaranteed *4 twice a day for 4 days.
Fourth, you're lucky you got 2 *4 but NEVER do a roll when there's no guaranteed *4.

Don't worry anon. For starter, the one you roll is a limited time gacha while the one that will be added in a minute will be permanent. Plus, usually limited time cards are more powerful than the permanent one. If you still have 250 gems, roll the guaranteed maybe once to get more *4. You have 4 days to gather those and it's easy to get 250 gems with only playing the story mode and headpats mission.

I wanted Kokomi and didn't hate Asuha, I would've liked Anko for the cute and Urara for the Twin guns but I can live with this. Could've been much worse considering I got my first and second favorites with one roll in both the onsen and wedding gacha. I was afraid they had retuned the desire sensor but seems they're a bit off still. Here's to hoping they wont have it in order for the swimsuit gacha either.

As you may know or not some equips in Panzer Waltz have hidden stats that aren't in their description. Even though I looked for it I didn't find any information so I did some research on my own.
How to do it yourself:
Equip an item, go to R&D, go search the tank, look at the hidden stats.

Thing to note: It _doesn't_ matter what level the item is, if it's an advanced item or not or what slot it is. The bonus will _always_ be the same.

Status boni, not in description:
Extinguisher: +2 Fire Resist
Lubricant: +4 Fire Resist
Skirt Armor: +1 Crit Defense
Wet Rack: +8 Fire Resist (*)

Status bonus, in description:
Fuel Filter: +7 Crit Defense

(*) Wet Rack has the bonus "Special: [Resistant] Increase crit chance resistance until CQB Stage", which won't be displayed if equipped. I presume this is because it's only until CQB.

After rerolling for her armor, I don't think I rolled Anko at all until Christmas event. I did get her Yukata, but I had to trade for that.

Fortunately I could trade for most of the ones I missed, and she's been a bit less elusive this year.

Her ammo options are pretty limited, but I'm quite fond of her.
She usually does around 2600-3000 damage with double S4 cabins.
She feels a lot like an ATG since her Firepower and Penetration are both on the high end of the Cabin LAVs while her Targeting is on the lower end.
Her range is also longer compared to most Cabin LAVs as well.

All of my team is 5 star capable and half are 6 star capable. The problem is you dont want to pull a 5 star unless it can become a 6 star because if you want the best stats you can get you need to limit break and then evolve and then limit break again.

I've finished all the current missions, rolled away 800 gems and have 600 in storage right now so it is possible. That anon may or may not be lacking in magic runes though.

Forgot to mention it's better to do free roll, then two present quests for 3 rolls per reroll instead of just on the free roll since the rates are kind of low for this game

Not him, but I usually use 5-6 corns a day to do all the specials + events. The 3rd lifestyle gives 8-12 per 22hr and more per day if you are willing to do it on the medium length mission.
The 5th lifestyle you can rarely get also gives a nice 8 or so bonus which I save all my refreshes for. Not worth counting on though, since I only get it once or twice a week even then.

Unless they've changed something hardcore in NA it's almost never worth limit breaking before the final evo on gacha units. You are talking a 2 point stat difference at maximum using 4 dupes. When you start getting 6 stars it becomes even worse.

Why the fuck are there more unique bosses than enemies in DP?

Every region on the map has literally the same 4 enemies recolored and the same environments

I'm not sure what I expected out of a free to play mobile game though

Yeah that's what I decided to do after seeing the quests were easy.

Got these weapons so I think I'll keep this account. Was checking weapon leveling and Rank A seems way easier to level than S, so I might end up maining the the 2H Sword instead for now.

The new Renge has 20x multiplier at 6000hp and hits 4 times, and the range is extremely huge. And of course I don't have her.

I'm certainly no expert, but I played JP for around a year.
Type > all unless you are somehow pulling max evos.
For each evo you get the tens digit of your stat as a bonus. If you limit break you can push a few extra stats here. Always use the stat shits to push a stat into the range if you are close.
Max evo dupes give you stats, skills (super important) and more levels to roll for better stats.

For the people with the new Mumi card, does the action skill have delay in the hit (such that it can hit multiple waves)? Since I don't have any good action skills for swords I might grind to roll for her if it has good wave clearing property. But if its comparable to Floral Urara/Nozomi and there is no delay, I might not roll.

I wish there was an easier way to know what abilities each armor piece has without needing to craft them first. I'd think this is a pretty important thing to implement but apparently not.

Is it the 50 gold rebuild material buff worth it or just get petrol and farm them manually?

Are daily map, special, and port the only place to get test doll and blueprints? I'm always running low on these and it's frustrating as heck.

You need 81 S1 armor plates to make 1 S5 armor plates, so to make 5 you'd need more than 400 S1's. Even considering the armor plates you got from the forge, you are farming way too much. I mean, I have a full team of N4/5 and I still have only have 5 S4 armor plate (damn the refactor).

Unless you are going to whale $1k+ you aren't going to get enough dupes to limit break 4 star form. You should just drop the idea that you will ever "perfect" a gacha unit in POTK.
