If you're an int cleric then it's advisable to put 9-10 into cure, since it has amazing scaling. Maxing heal is obvious, safety zone has a pretty cheap attribute that increases block count by 20 so 4-5 ponts in that should be enough. Don't put more than 1 point in depro, its only somewhat useful component is the attribute. Fade depends on build, keep in mind that dealing any damage cancels it (I just keep it at 1). The rest you can dump into divine might, you'll easily have enough left for 4-5.

If you're even thinking about going cleric 3, you're probably going an INT cleric build, in which case yes, 15 is too much. 10 x 2 (actually 11 x2) is enough. Taking diev for the cd statue or krivis for daino is more useful.

My idea is that r2(or 3) templar will bring "territories" where if you have a non-neutral tower in a map than all your guild members receive bonus exp and silver when hunting within the map as well as a hourly income of x silver amount depending on y star difficulty.
Than to entice guild wars, you make it so that each additional tower within the same map splits the benefits gained from the map depending on the tower amount so if guilds want to maintain a monoply on a map bonus than they'd need to war each other for it.
Whats actually going to happen is IMCompetent is probably going to just give guilds something like an int or other buff.

Being underleveled never stopped us from taking up to 4 guilds at once and still winning. It's always been a mix of coordination, the right builds, and over-activeness.
Despite the lack of PvP and a handful of quitters, our activity has remained high. Sure we're missing some key big-guns such as Cawfee, dvine, and Lewdity, but being reinforced by CNL and Clover more than makes up for it.
Xenization lost quite a bit of their manpower, too.

And I mean yeah it is a pretty fair comparison. You are, for most of the game, traveling down a linear path slaughtering thousands of enemies. However unlike Diablo or even WoW for that matter you're barely ever finding any useful gear from these enemies. You will never get something as simple as a sword drop with randomized stats on it and think oh shit, I could use this.
It's a simple dangling-a-keychain reward system that tickles your brain.
The loot system and the 230+ grind is bad. This really isn't even up for debate; the areas your grind in at that level are not meant for grinding, they are as that post describes just unfinished areas. There's no loot to keep you semi-interested, the enemies are harmless and braindead, the spawn rates are low, the environments are extremely limited. You are just there because there's nothing else and it hasn't occurred to reroll yet.
Grinding can be enjoyable, in ToS it ain't.

The thing is, it's super fucking easy to prove that there are secret recipes. Maybe not to within a shadow of a doubt, but fairly conclusively. Literally all you do is show off your inventory with a massive number of an otherwise difficult to obtain item, and that's that. But nobody does that. And why?

A total of 5607 accounts were found to take part in illegal use of addons, of which:
- 1151 had already been permanently banned and therefore their status has not been altered
- 3462 had been previously restricted and will now be banned permanently, as this is their second known offense
- 994 will be banned for a total of 30 days, as this is their first known offense
Please remember that addons which alter any elements of the gameplay are not allowed and are punishable by temporary or permanent ban.
