How do you guys ever get reach a point where you're content with your amount of cc? I literally can't start the game up without downloading a bunch of cc beforehand.

You gotta learn how to control it. Only hunt for new CC with a theme in mind. Say like you want to create a Punk or Futuristic Sim/Household. Then you go hunt for CC.

Other then that just try to use the CC you got and find new ways to use it.

Well.. Sims 3 haves way more seasoned compared to TS4. But TS4 seems easier to mod in my book, its all drag and drop. Some TS3 mods have to be extracted via launcher, at least the few mods I saw had to be.

Yep, that's never happened to me. The only special interaction you get, well at least I think its special, is the secret handshake, which you can use to identify other aliens with and only works with other aliens.

I would of loved it if being an alien in secret would bomb marriages/relationships. It also bugs me that if you have sex with another sim they instantly find out that you are an alien.

Sex one kind of makes sense, depending on how good the disguise is, but instead of instant just sort of a chance every time.

Being an alien should change how people act around you, and even spread around town depending on who finds out, they added the memory wipe but it's pointless to even bother.

Other than that, no, you're basically a regular sim with some minor powers, you can even be abducted like a regular sim for some reason.

I effectively prevent sim aging by giving them both long lifespans and keeping a few potions of youth handy just in case. It's fun keeping them in their primes so they can pursue new careers and skills. If I get bored, I just retire them for a while and play as somebody else.

I remember having a rule that only sims with over two million simoleons are allowed access to the Elixir of Life. I always used FamilyFunds to subtract a million with the first purchase, and $100,000 with every replacement. Only rich Sims could live forever because Illuminati connections.

I later made it lore-consistent (Well, consistent with my own made-up backstory) that the Elixir is a large amount of drugs that allow the function of mechanical and nanotechnological augments, which when all are installed at the cost of several major organs, can extend a lifespan to over 300 years. Use by an unaugmented person results in a violent and even lethal reaction. One of my sims is a heavily-augmented woman who is dependent of the Elixir to continue living, as she will die of a dormant radiation-related inoperable brain tumour should she cease use. Her continued life comes at the cost of her reproductive organs, and her mental health. Pic related is her.

A lifetime of good decisions and investment. Also a lot of inheritances. My first generation sims will never know immortality.

Okay, so, the new no gender restrictions is a great thing in more ways than one, but as is common with any big addition such as this from EA there is always new annoyances. I am seeking a mod that could perhaps cure some of my annoyances.

Now whenever I make a character as male and should I choose to make this character female. Once I hit that button at the top it would change my character's body type from masculine to feminine as this is the default for that option.
Now it seems likely that once I change the body type back to masculine things will revert to the way they were when the sim was set to male. Well, it does, in fact, not. It sets it to the default masculine body type. Meaning I have to make all of my exact adjustments a second time.

Has there been a mod made that allows for easy "transfer" of sim body types across genders?
