To fix her, just make her freeze sprays damage, and freezing, falloff with range. She'll still be able to catch people if she can get her spray on them, but it won't be as instantly as it is now, and it would be imperative that she get close to freeze them faster, rather being able to stay at her max range and still being as effective.

Zarya can shield pharahs so they can survive the ult, pharah is also a great person to build shield off, because shes often in the LOS of the enemy and taking sustained fire from mcree/76/widow etc, and a zarya ult with a pharah ult is basically a team wipe unlike your teleporter memes

People can respond a lot of ways to losing or being beaten. The most common one is to call you a scrub who is using an overpowered character or doing something cheap. It makes them feel less bad about losing.

Sometimes though to make themselves feel less bad about losing they convince themselves they person they lost to is the best player ever. So instead of losing to random Genji scrub #902 they lost to the best Genji on the planet.

Pharah is fucking fantastic if you can hit rockets. She's the most versatile of the offensive heroes, she can roam and flank and use her vertical powers to get to insane places, or she can suck it up on the frontline ground squad and nail chokepoints for 120 damage rockets and easily spin around to protect the healer from a flanker.

She's not the best in close quarters in a 1v1, other offense heroes can just unload a bunch of headshots and melt her before she can bounce them around with three rockets. And yes, get out of the goddamn air if people are shooting at you, I've seen too many bad Pharahs jump straight up and start firing rockets all willy nilly and instantly die. But if your positioning is good then Pharah has tons of potential.

Nope all pharah is good for is buffing zaryas shields and if youre good with zarya you can use anyone to buff shields. Shield wont last her entire super she will still get swatted out of the air. Damn near anyone works well with zaryas ult and they dont have to make themselves a huge target like pharah

Meanwhile zarya and symmetra can bait players into a turret trap then shield up and melt them with their beams. Both have a lot of shield health so the medic can work elsewhere somewhat, and if they spam explosives to try to take out turrets easy zarya buffs.

No. Protip: Nerf what is weak about the characters. Oftentimes, the characters are OP because they have no defined weaknesses that can be taken advantage of. McCree is a perfect example. He's not OP because of Flashfan. He's OP because he's so generally "good" at everything. He has the Flashfan combo for close range, but his gun also has perfect accuracy regardless of range and his ultimate is long-range. He doesn't have any weaknesses. This is what you need to do.

Nerfing Flashfan would just make McCree boring, hurt people who legitimately like McCree and play him for reasons other than that he is OP, and not actually solve and problems.

Torbs scrap is very much a win more mechanic, if you're teams winning you'll get scrap and your turret wont be destroyed probably, if they're losing you wont get scrap and your turrets probably destroyed convincing you to swap.

Last one is just unreasonable torbs turret is very easy to take out with certain champs, there'd be no reason to play him if his turret was trapped at level 1.

Each of those changes alone have problems.
Torb is the dedicated turret hero, if you make his turret bad why is he even in the game.
Pretty big problem here where torb can just find a spot and repeatedly place armor in it and give himself or bastion or reinhardt a massive reserve of health
This is a straight buff, and I assume that's not what you want.
This one absolutely guts torb. Take out his turret once and he's half a hero until his team gets 8 kills, if he can even get to all the scrap.

Shields only last 2 seconds, if you try and use them too preemptively you'll get no chage. They work extra great on people vulnerable during ults (pharah, reaper, etc) as they also block CC.

M1 for single target, M2 for multi target or longer range harass. Can also be useful for more slippery targets like tracer.

Your ult is great but you're prob not gonna get solo kills with it, Zarya AoE damage just isnt great. However with a small amount of communication, it's teamwipes: the ult. Pharah, junkrat, Reaper etc all have really good ult synergy with zarya.

Use secondary medium/long range bombardment, clusters of enemies, turrets and snipers (you can shoot, go into cover, shoot, repeat) and sometimes closed spaces it works well. You can also bombard from behind cover, payloads, etc.

Primary fire only really works for big guys and/or when you have high energy. At low energy against small/quick enemies it's not very good.

Hollywood is absolute SHIT as a map. The first and last point are extremely easy to turtle and hold forever.

Route 66 has a really shit last point that is way too close to the spawns.

Ilios's well point just begs for massive cheese play.

Blizzard has extremely bad map design tendencies and i hope they start bringing custom maps into the game.

The points about armor makes sense, I didn't really think of that.

The main problem I have with the turret is that due to it's no turn rate, hitscan, no damage falloff (and pretty decent damage at that) is that with the turret up, it feels like they have a whole extra team mate, and one that can be revived fairly easily quickly. It's such a hard counter to flankers since you basically NEED a tank or healer to deal with it.

I think the best change for him would just give the turret a moderate turn rate. It'd still be great for defense, and would still make it's beeps and shit so you'd know people are there, but it's not such a instant hard counter to flankers. Especially since torb's gun is actually pretty damn strong if you can hit with it (I've oneshot tracers before with the M2)
