I don't think that's the case based on the track record, in TTK they said new new location, the dreadnaught, they didn't name all the individual sections, and this has always been the case, pretty sure those are 3 separate areas, not just sub-zones of one area.

Mostly mobility and abilities. Pick whatever super sound appealing, don't be afraid to make another character to start over. Don't use the 25 boost, it doesn't level your subclasses, which is what unlocks more abilities.

Special weapons are once again rampantly used as primaries in crucible, Warlock was barely touched by comparison to the Titan nerf and PvE was negatively affected by changes that should have stayed in Crucible.

At least they aren't making us buy the whole game again like I'm TTK but it doesn't seem far from it for that price.
