Make sure that Ignatius is there to face Ryoma as Ignatious has good hit rates on him. I had Shiro miss hitting his dad with an 80% hitrate and Ignatious support managed to not only hit the undead lobster, but seal defense kicked in and made it so that Ignatious kills him on the next attack.

Though my strategy is have the Kanas kill the initial enemy position and then send them to backup the advancing forces so that the Kanas will take on Dragon Grandpa's arms and then while they do so send everyone else down to meet the incoming troops so that I can swarm and defeat them.

To be fair, you got really, really screwed with Niles. He starts with 9 base skl, a 50% growth (with class bonus), and +2 on promotion to Adventurer. So your Niles, from level 8, has only gotten 1 point of skill. That's pretty unlucky with a coin-flip growth.

Otherwise, you're using some very inaccuarte characters. Nyx, Elise, and Leo are all fairly blind. If you wanted a magic user with high skl, you should've gone with Odin. Also, Silas has a high skl growth, so that isn't surprising. Other high skl units: Arthur, Belka, Kaze, Benoit, and Laslow.
