because they'd have to take DLC-typical fees then and would have to slowly decrease the price of the basic game, while releasing a "new" game each year they can claim new-game-fees instead.

On a sidenote it's more complicated to create/maintain DLC upon DLC because the risk of compatibility errors towards each other rises. just create a "new" game instead and you're fine.

How would one improve the paragon-renegade system? Where one isn't the 'good' and the other isn't 'bad'.
Idealistic vs pragmatic? Save the industrial area, space port and military base but sacrifice a thousand lives, which still makes it a viable colony, or save the colony but sacrifice the space port and defensive systems resulting in an unviable colony, and decreasing Alliance influence in the area, possibly increasing pirate attacks in the surrounding space.

But to answer your question, yes, that one and the Hahne-Kedar quest-chain. Crashed ship filled with robots on planet with dust storm > abandoned space station > Hahne-Kedar prodution line with a shit tonne of robots.

I think Mass Effect would be a lot cooler in first person and without the dynamic camera change in between every sentence. MEHEM is finished from what I read, JAM is basically the better version with the extended Anderson conversation and (optional) completely cut out starchild.
The epilogue is better aswell, and you see Shepard reunited with her/his LI in the end.

The starchild and choices are the worst I think, but bioware really wrote themselves into a corner with the reapers because they had to have them be invading, the game should have been about preventing the invasion since ME1 and 2 established that a full on reaper attack is pretty much unstoppable.

I would love for ME3 to have been a game in which you explore the galaxy, the different planets to convince rulers, militaries and civvies to bring their fleets to a specific location at a specific time. Then find a way to move the citadel, maybe do a miniature coup at the last moment? The keepers have been reversing the prothean 'fix' that kept all the reapers from emerging from the citadel. You do the reasonable thing and move the citadel into an extremely shallow orbit around a star, with combined fleets orbiting above. Reapers pop out and go right into the star, those that escape are pummeled or even rammed into the star.

Then there's a showdown on the citadel, deep in its guts. where TIM is trying to save the reapers, he's basically neo-saren and there's a boss fight then a hasty escape as the eezo from all the reapers are messing with the star's core, causing it to become a red giant. All the while more and more reapers are launched into the star.
The citadel is engulfed in the upper layers of the star, it closes up and you must fight your way to a control center.

Then, in the end. You emerge triumphantly in the Citadel, white hot and partially melted, limping out from the corona using ME fields and the thrust from thousands of tons of citadel being vaporized at the end facing the star.

I'm addicted. ME was the first game I played after years. My old PC was so shitty it didn't handle to open ME3 until I got me a Geforce 530.

I played the first game 6 times until I recognized there are more games. But I only played the newer DLCs 3-4 times yet. Sometimes I just want to start with ME2 or 3, but I can't, it is not satisfying to leave ME1 out.

ME3 is also a huge problem for me, even "Insanity" is too easy, since I'm used to carry Platinum Collector games with lowbobs. I almost onehit those Reaper locusts on Tuchanka, I'm not sure if they are even meant to get defeated.

Every time I notice that biotic powers are different from MP, the singularity is much larger. But the detonation itself seems to be weaker than on Platinum (Combos get more powerful on higher difficulties).
