Modern servants aren't necessarily weak in stats or fighting abilities (though most are definitely inferior to older Servants in those regards), but tend not to have a NP stronger than C rank. Sometimes they do have modifiers, though, like Billy and Blackbeard.

Actually I've found rider day to be amazingly easy for caster supports (read: Koumei)

If Koumei's NP stuns the hands it actually buys 2 turns for the hands to do nothing because the hand will always waste a turn curing debuffs, unless the hand decides to do its NP of course, but if you have two Wavers constantly cycling NPs, the hands are literal sitting ducks
