nope. with your setup you'll have to set everything to low to reach consistent +60 fps, not to mention fps affects input lag, so you'll want to have as much frames as possible (at least +100, 154 max, even though you will only see 60)
the good news is Blizzard spent a chunk of time polishing Overwatch, so low settings are still okay. just put medium shadows and you are good to go

It's because double McCree melts through Reinhardt's shield with their right click spam, which in turn lets your Widowmaker wipe their entire team in a matter of seconds.
The entire meta revolves around Widowmaker at the moment, Reinhardt is both a good Widow enabler and a decent Widow cockblocker, so teams try to get rid of the Reinhardt shield to gain that advantage for their Widow.

Niggas gotta learn that Lucio rather then Mercy is the better support most of the time. While Mercy's direct heal and ult is great, in an atmosphere where there isn't a lot of coordination Lucio's kit is all around more useful. He also is less reliant on his team mates for help. His ult is the biggest dumb nigga signal for we can fight/take this point in the game.

A good mercy would have good situational awareness and be able to position themselves to have maximum survivability while also being able to heal their team. Only a cuck pockets.
If you are not constantly topping off your team (excluding that one tracer/genji that is ballsdeep into enemy territory and expecting you to heal them) and providing damage boosts when healing is not needed you are not playing mercy right.

It feels a lot like TF2, but the more you play the more you realize how much closer it is to a MOBA. TF2 had a lot to do with aiming and shooting, with maybe 20% utility stuff like sentries and ubercharges. Overwatch is 80% wacky MOBA abilities, being able to aim is a beneficial (but not required) skill for some (but not all) heroes.
You can still pick an offensive hero and pretend to be scout or soldier, and the combat feels really fun and comparable to TF2, but a lot of the time you're "fighting" around people with abilities and judging cooldowns and shields and shit like that, not just trying to out-aim the other guy who is shooting you back.

In Team Fortress 2, if you're playing Scout and getting demolished by an Engineer, that's a natural counter. But you can switch to Demoman, Soldier, Spy, you could go Medic and lead a push.

Lucio is actually very fun, tons of utility. You can play aggressive with his speed aura + boost and pick off low hp players trying to run to health packs or to get to your low hp teammates faster to heal them.
