Don't kill the hands, just deal with the damage. Better than even giving her the option to attack twice and potentially crit twice. Have one damage dealer, someone like Jack or Okita or Scat that can deal 500k plus per NP (Scat is the best imo since she can also stun). And then the rest of your team should be Arts supports that also have stuns or charms or can keep you alive.

I use Tamamo, Jeanne, Scat, Waver, and Nero 4* version. Tamamo, Jeanne and Waver can keep help charge Jack's NP quickly and keep her alive also Tamamo's NP is great for allowing Jeanne to spam her stun and her NP. In the worst case scenario where they all die Nero can stall for a decently long time with her three revives. Usually she can stall two whole turns at the very least.

I do actually, but that's mainly because most of my 5* are defensive, so I mainly rely on the support to do some real damage. I do manage to kill her like 2/3rd of the times, mostly in the last few turns. The problem is that her normal attacks are pretty much like the NP of her hands, which is why I prefer leaving them alive and focus on damaging Ibaraki..
