I get 60-70 fps on High settings with my GTX 760 and a very old i7 (sandy bridge) which still works but the thing gets really damn hot. Would I be able to, and would it be worth buying a new graphics card to be able to play on Ultra with 60-70 fps? My monitor is 24", 1920x1080.

Rocket: A 20-year old male from California, Rocket (real name Tim Johnson) lives in an apartment in Busan with Hana Song (D.Va). It should be mentioned that Rocket and D.Va are in a romantic relationship. Rocket plays similar to the Soldier from Team Fortress 2, without the gung-ho attitude. His primary weapon is a rocket launcher similar to Phara's, only it carries four rockets at a time instead of six, and has a much slower reload time; conversely, Rocket is also designed around rocket-jumping for improved mobility. Rocket is an offensive hero, but is also designed around supporting and complementing D.Va. His abilities include a repair gun that can repair various machines such as D.Va's mech, Zenyetta, and Symmetra's sentries and teleporters, a pistol for handling faster heroes like Tracer and Genji, and an electro-grenade that can short out weapons for a few seconds. You can kill tracer once you break the timey-whimey thing on her chest, which happens multiple times in the shorts.

Reaper is literally a cloud of immortal nanomachines and regenerating cells. Mercy is outright immortal thanks to her nanomachines, and can literally rez people from the dead.

How big is my fucking hitbox on my head?

When I see a Hanzo or widowmaker get PotG and they are getting one-shots, presumably on my head and others, their arrows and bullets are literally 12 inches from our heads.

I know Blizzard said due to issues with their PotG playback it won't show up truly accurate, but doesn't it just read positions and emulate it? It actually records their lag too? What the fuck is going on?

Depends. Most head hitboxes extend outside model (though some, like Mei's or Lucio's, are pretty on point. Pharah, MEKA and Zarya has the absolutely worst hitboxes in the game).

The thing is that some projectiles are actually the size of basketballs and even if they only slightly nudge the hitbox it's still a full hit. Hitscan weapons are more precise.
