Quiet's more useful in vehicle/boss fights and for missions set around guard posts. She can also mark enemies and prisoners, just not as well as DD. Why is Sahlentropus "more advanced" than rex? This would also includes the original Magnar metal gears.

It's pretty easy to tell what's going on the comic. BB is staying somewhere and Ocelot is with him, or visiting. BB dozes off and has one of many nightmares about the boss. Ocelot comes in, BB jokes/teases him over something, Ocelot snaps at him. Then. I assume, the fierceness in his eyes reminds him off The Boss. So he has a small flashback and it ends there.

It's a little abrupt, would have ended better with Ocelot asking BB if he's alright and then saying it's nothing. or something like that.

You want to know what happened (likely)?
Big Boss and Ocelot were good pals after MGS3 (if more, who knows). Regardless, they taught each other shit and train together, why? BB shows off integration techniques he never knew before in the drama tape, the violent kind that Ocelot would employ.
Next, BB was looking for a partner to help him with his plan. Probably because his first choice turned him down.

And last, all the companionship, and high expectations that BB pushed onto Kaz was most likely BB projecting onto him. Ocelot and BB lost contact severely after the Patriots. What's the biggest clue? EVA sent him a tape, and Ocelot never did despite EVA being the one who stabbed BB in the back along with Zero. Ocelot didn't. So why did they lose contact completely? BB wanted to make MSF, Ocelot told him it was too risky, they fight, and lose contact. It's that simple Ocelot would know the risk, the clue for that? BB goes on a tangent with Kaz about how risky it would be to give MSF funding and more attention by involving itself with Cuba's mess. Sounds like something Ocelot had warned him about to me.
