Combat Lothric can totally go to 98, primarily owing to it not being a caster or hybrid. Just drop strength to 27, endurance to 27, vigor to 39, and raise dex to 40.

sorceror lothric should drop attunement to 24, endurance to 27, and raise vigor to 39. Magic clutch can be swapped for any ring he wants really.

Here's what I've been playing with, so you know what not to suggest.
Irithyll Straight Sword, Lothric's Holy Sword, Claymore, Twin Princes' GS, Greatsword, Profaned GS, Exile GS, Washing Pole, Great Mace, BK Glaive.

Thrusting weapons have been pretty boring, so they're out. Just hoping for some weapons with some fun movesets.

They're nothing like as bad as people make them out to be, and have a really powerful skill.
You can make it a str/pyro hybrid build and use demon greataxe and old demon king hammer if you get bored, and someone drop trades you the items.
