But, holy shit, I never thought this would be added and it is exactly the type of options I wanted. Why am I in tears of joy right now? I am now off to see what Sarah O'Neil would look like if I made her into a him biologically and then select feminine as her body type.

Unfortunately, still no breast slider for those with feminine body types, but lol EA is always forgetting something.

Still... this is amazing. It feels like it is literally possible to create or re-create just about any person or story.

Sadly there is still no breast adjustments for feminine males. lol EA, even when it comes to the subject of gender they still seem clueless. Anyway, I tried my best to transition (pun intended) Sarah O'Neil over from feminine female over to feminine male. I decided that since I was technically playing her as pre-op I made it so that she can get other sims pregnant although I might change this considering that she is most likely on hormones and can pee standing up which I am also debating. Please tell me how I did.

4 has better looking sims, lighting, and makes building even easier, but that's about it. Sims 3 offers a lot more choices, and was far more innovative even with just the base game. I do love the clubs idea though.

Urrrgh, that's actually really tough to answer. The fact that TS4 doesn't have variable terrain heights or let you do split level homes can put a serious cramp on your designs. Lord knows it did for me. There's two seriously fucking bullshit things with TS4 building for me; the lack of customizable ceilings and the utterly retarded all-or-nothing level raising. For example take a look at my remake of my childhood home in TS4. I wanted the attatched garage to be ground level while the rest of the house is half a story up so I can have a nice deck in the back yard much like the original house had. NOPE! Can't have that! If you raise your house, it raises every other detached room on the lot. TS3 by comparison let you do pretty much fucking anything. Want to build half a house into a hillside? Easy. Build rooms with small split levels and stairs leading down? No problem. People talk a great deal about how much of an improvement TS4's build mode is, but it's two steps forward and one step back in so many ways. On the bright side, moving rooms around is a fucking snap now and the vastly improved pathing means you can clutter the fuck out of your home and make it look ultra comfy without causing your sims to freak the fuck out.

The life side is where the real improvements are. Seriously, sims just act like real people now. They multitask without thought, they hold conversations with multiple sims without any sort of hesitations or obvious change of animation, and the mood system really does make them seem more alive. I loved TS3 a great deal, but after getting so used to TS4, it feels so stiff and robotic now. There's just something so inherently human about reading the news on a tablet while taking a shit or walking around and fixing yourself a drink without breaking conversation with the person you were just talking to.

If you could make EA make an expansion pack, but you are limited too two major features and three minor features, what would you put together?

What is more likely? Hotels being introduced in a Game Pack or an Expansion Pack?

Because EA technically already did vacations for The Sims 4 with Outdoor Retreat. So a game pack where the primary gameplay elements being hotels could just allow them to add a new destination world for them as well as being able to place them in the pre-existing worlds. Of course, like much of what I've seen for Dine Out and Spa Day, they could just give you the items necessary along with a few lots.

They could always decide to be generous and give a new destination world to players who own Outdoor Retreat in the form of a patch.

I know we're going to be getting hotels (and essentially apartments) later on, but how might we be getting them.

Back after Sims 2 University launched, I tried to think of what the hell else could be done with the whole "life events from cradle to grave" concept that they seemed to be doing.

All 16-year-old me could come up with were X-Men style mutations that manifested at puberty.

MC Command is my first and always game mod to fix a lot of borked shit in the game. You can customize the nittiest of gritties and it also does away with some of EA's dumb rule sets for certain things.

And I am still confused on rather or not the gender settings are essentially the "biological sex" settings as people who are re-creating celebrities such as Laverne Cox and Caitlyn Jenner have been making them females who have a masculine frame, can get sims pregnant or neither, and can pee standing up. I assume this is done because only "female" sims have actually tits which is something I am a little disappointed about for the feminine males. I think the only way that could work is if you somehow get their kids to all fake their deaths complete with suicide notes that blame them for being dead. Maybe there would be something in the note that tells the parent that them spending more time protesting than taking care of their child was why they "didn't know"

I assumed they were biological sex, but then I realized that boobies were still exclusive to women and facial hair for men so if you wanted to make a FTM with a beard then you have to make them a man and if you wanted to make a MTF with nice tits you have to make them female.

I am beginning to think it's identified gender. The biological bits maybe in the pee and pregnancy options. Because my current genderfluid character who I set as male is getting interactions like "Ask to Be Boyfriend", etc. Plus this is changeable at anytime via "Change Sim" option.
