Tons of decks run Leeroy, but most of them I'd feel dirty playing.
Xaril would be cool in a rattle rogue.

Posting my newest 'tech deck'. I give you, Crazed Shaman. It helps that the meta is so fearful of Shaman that I can get away with shit I have no right to do. Hell, the Trogg is in there purely as 1/3 for 1 mana removal bait, it makes no sense in the deck otherwise, I love that I can do that.
It's 6-1 in Wild so far, this deck has very minor Wild aspects and can be converted to Standard very easily (the best Shaman cards are the new ones anyway)
This deck is a silly one and it relies on Crazed Alch combos to get anything done. Stuff like, have a Flametongue and Brann out with Alch in hand, that's a 2/2 buff. It's definitely not optimal, but it's fun in a meta where everyone is just expecting face-bashing cards from Shaman.

Warlock has finally taken over in arena and surpassed paladin to get a solid top 3 spot. The reason for this is that arena decks are geting trashier and trashier with every expansion as you're less likely to hit your key cards while warlock never had any of those and still mantains it's playstyle. No backstab/truesilver/flamestrike? Too bad, you lost.

Just go play shaman then retards, yes it's a strong deck but Freeze mage, control warrior, tempo warrior, zoolock all have a positive matchup vs it and midrange hunter/a few other decks don't get totally stomped either.

Midrange shaman doesn't suffer too badly from doomsayer anyway, though it's a really strong turn 2 from most decks to get something out on turn 3 and stymie the shamans board control.

Earthshock is situationally amazing but so are every other card the shaman can run and you need to consistently beat all sorts of decks to climb, and you do that, as shaman, by seizing early board control and winning, often ES doesn't help you accomplish that, so i can see why it's cut. I didn't run Earthshock and I took a shaman deck to legend last season ;.

If no executes have been played you need to assume your opponent has execute (unless it's like turn 3) and if one has been played you should still weigh your options, if you can't recover from a big execute swing then play something else.

Shaman was my main arena class for a long time. In classic, other than ancestral spirit all of their class rares were super value so even if you weren't going to make a nuts deck you would almost always at least get a solid one.
