You farm them during magnafest. Bahamut and not grande for a couple of reasons.
- he's a lot easier = faster kills and more baha raids = more certs during nip hours
- leeching baha has less impact on the raid so it fails a lot less than grandes
GW VH eye has a reasonable drop rate.
I started with 25-30 silver certs and ended with 80~90. GW drops got me to 114 and I just used 30 on oliver's seconds step.

And honestly getting a few dirt SSRs, especially Eugen, could come in handy later helping me fuck up that MAGNIFICENT asshole that is Leviathan. Korwa and Rosetta work well together. Visco can help Rosetta tank much better, since sometimes bosses will hit harder than the 500hp Rosetta regens. Add a SS' buff to regen, and she will almost never be hurt.

All 3 are relevant. Mist reduces the damage output an enemy boss has and increases how much you put on it, more importantly, it stacks with most other similar effects.
