Widow: increase the charge time for full damage while zoomed in. 150 damage bodyshots after waiting half a second is bullshit. Also take her down to 150 hp, a fucking sniper should not have the same HP as an assault class like soldier or pharah. Also, there should be SOME sort of actual tell that the enemy team now has full team 100% wallhacks for 10s

Mcree: Flashbang only stuns if the player is hit from the front. Mcree can be stunned by his own flashbangs. Fan the hammer spread is increased

Pharah: Either increase her HP to 250, or make 50 or so of her HP armor. Why a heavily armored assault with a high tech suit of armor has the same HP as a sniper in a catsuit I'll never understand

D.Va: Either increase her damage or up her range or make her move faster while shooting, as-is she's kinda a joke and def the worst tank for sure

pharah is pretty weak man, you gotta get direct hits with your rockets because the splash damage is nothing, you're flying around in the air but you're super fucking slow unless you boost with concussive blast, and that's only a short quick boost on a cooldown

why should reaper, who has a healing mechanic unique to him, have 250 health while the jetpack armor girl who is in the air floating about getting shot at pretty much all the time have 200. atleast give her some armor.

oh and on any decent team using her ult is pretty much a death sentence. You NEED to pair it with a mei or zarya or reinhardt ult for it to do anything, otherwise mcree/soldier/widow/etc will kill you in half a second, even if you flank around them and shit

When I was a child playing shooters I used to think higher sensitivity = better. If I can check both corners in a room in like half a second, and still kill people then obviously it is an advantage. I would literally up my sensitivity all the time. It trained me to aim with precise movements of my thumb and fingers. Now that I've lowered my sensitivity a lot I can still use that style of aiming to great effect, it feels so smooth and accurate, and I can get really nice twitch shots just by scooting my thumb around. I know it's unorthodox, but I'm really comfortable with it.

None of those are stand still heroes when played properly.

Widow has 200 health and an escape, there's no reason for them to camp at spawn 90% of the game picking people off when they can be mobile and get unpredictable angles with such quick time to charge a shot, not to mention shitting out dps with her SMG.

Bastion is also not that weak when on the move and sentry should be used to keep you in the action almost all of the time to make use of your infinite potential recovery, then using turret mode when you need to line up consecutive kills on multiple targets.

Torbjorn should be roaming to prevent people easily and predictably acquiring his turret uncontested, you want the turret to assist engagements you're already in rather than allow them to solely face the turret itself.

Saying they're standstill heroes is the equivalent of that Junkrat who just camps a wall and fires grenades down it and nothing else.
