I've been trying out Dota recently after years of playing League and holy shit, supporting in Dota is fun as fuck. Take Witch Doctor, I mean this guy is a fucking monster. Pretty situational, you can just sit on the unused points if you desperately need to maintain lane equilibrium in the case of a dangerous lane or something. However if you're up against a melee offlaner who isn't a serious threat, the cleave is a nice way to chase them away from the creeps and you can just clear jungle camps inbetween waves.

Try to get HoD as soon as possible, some Svens even get it right after brown boots just to get started stacking ancients.

Don't forget to pressure the tower whenever the offlaner leaves, and take the t1 before you rotate to the ancients.

DC and CoL have just been playing each other nonstop over the last couple days and will have the Canada Cup grand final against each other soon too.

I can out support every support and out carry every carry in my skill bracket, however I can't out carry an 8-0 legion commander at 15 minutes.
